I think a Flying/Ground/Electric trio would be cool, and almost works as an immunity triangle.

Well, since they're starter types, and they should have an immunity triangle, I'd definitely say Psychic/Dark/Fighting.

But I think most people want the Psychic/Fighting/Dark one.
