Starters wanted!

I need all starters except from Cyndaquil and Chimchar. I need a Squirtle because I imported a Wartortle and I got a Blastoise from someone.

hum do you have any foreign (not Japanese, but french, German) pokemon or shinys. (actually shiny will due even if its a bidoof)
