Startup music problem

I don't know how it happened, but one day when I was screwing around with a bunch of window configurations and stuff and when I restarted my computer, my startup music dissappeared! I have no idea what I did to disable it, but I can't find a way to reenable it. If anybody has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.
