Having already been essentially inactive for over a year, I think it would be best if I officially stepped down as Editor-in-Chief of Bulbapedia. I appoint TTEchidna as the new Editor-in-Chief, effective immediately. As such, he becomes the highest authority on administrative and policy issues on Bulbapedia. However, I will continue being responsible for technical matters.

I feel TTE is quite an admirable replacement...however I have one comment.
I have seen TTE continually contribute to discussions on talk pages that have nothing to do with the article itself even though we made this rule.
I cannot cite any sources right now but I have seen it happen. In the context I've seen it in, it is usually off topic to the article.
I just think TTE needs to follow this rule as well. Because we made an announcement about it and it would be quite odd for an Admin to do it while regular uses cannot.

Well, although I'm sad to see you go, I'm happy for TTE and believe the 'pedia will definitely not suffer from your decision.
Eheh, I'll make sure to better follow it. Believe me, I will. Usually when I do that I intend for it to be a discussion on the trivia for the page. I notice things like that.
But yeah, I'll keep it to the forum.
