It's always on the first page, perhaps it needs to be re-stickied. I doubt it will help though because if stickies truely helped, then the one major sticky would have led him right to it.

there are two dawn stones in the game, u can find one in mt. corrnet and the 2nd is on a cliff west of survival area on battle island
