Strange food

Venison is delish, my dad made venison Parma ham so strong it's practically stock. Yum. I've also had ostrich and reindeer before, but I prefer normal steak. Wood pigeon is nice (the little ones), especially the heart. I liked frogs' legs when I ate them last, but that was ages ago.
 
I've eaten ostrich. The strange thing is...it's actually red meat even though it's poultry.
