Strangest/most rare Pokémon merchandice?

My Pikachu with black stripes on its back, a japanese wind up Pikachu, a japanses Pikachu the vibrates when you pull a string, 2 japanese Blastoises still in the package and my Zubat with a Vulpix's name tag (the one from KFC). If I can I'll get a picture.

Btw, that piano is one of the cutest things I've ever seen.

Well, I recently got some Pokemon pencil boards that I'd never seen before (dude, it's the one piece of official merchendice I've ever seen with the Marauder on it! It's got like a movie 4 poster on it)

But I'd say the rarest thing in my collection can't be bought--it's a Pikachu promo card autographed by Ikue Ohtani.

Oh yeah, I also have a single issue of Adventure autographed by Eric Stuart, Rachael Lillis, and Maddie Blaustein, but according to the certificate that came with it, that was a limited run, so someone could get their hands on one of those.

I have a Sakuracon T-shirt signed by Ikue Ohtani. I didn't go to the convention, but I bought it in the Seattle Kinokuniya a few months later.

How rare is a Cool Porygon card? I got it in the N64 bundle.

I don't really have any rare merchandise, just stuff I got ages ago like a few rolling Pokemon stamps, pencilcase, a Jessie and a Misty thing and some plushies.

That piano is cool.

You know those cardboard cutouts at the mall that promote new games? I have one for Pokémon Stadium 2. I used to have the ENTIRE display in my room, but my mom made me throw away all but the popout Pokémon on it.

I'd confident enough to say that I'm the only one in my state with one of these. ^_____^

I have a shikishi (a square piece of thick paper which is often used by famous Japanese people to give autographs) signed by Ken Sugimori. He also drew Natsume and Mewtwo on it. It's in a picture frame on my wall next to my shikishi signed by Gosho Aoyama.

I have the 'Mewtwo's Counter-Attack' Special VHS tape. It's the original japanese movie with the special ten minute bit of "Mewtwo & Ai." It cost me over $80.00 dollars at a L.A Kinokuniya store seven years ago. No lie.

Yes. Speaking of those, my friend has (and got for free) Birthday Pikachu. Back when Fossil came out, that card was worth $500. Dunno what its worth now....

Ok, I don't know about rarity but this one has strangeness down. In an other thread, someone mentioned that there were frozen meals sold in Japan with Farfecth'd-shaped breaded chicken complete with a leek. Has anyone else heard of these? If anyone can find a picture and post it, I'll love you forever.

I've seen Pokemon breakfast cereal, Pop-Tarts, macaroni and cheese, and some other food items, but nothing QUITE that strange. I once saw someone pay $50.00 for an empty Pokemon cereal box a few years ago on eBay, though.

The most unusual thing I've got is an electronic walking Charizard model that fell apart 2 days after I got it, and the rarest thing I've got is probably either my first-edition Base Set Charizard card in almost perfect condition, or the Ash action figure I bought from Pokemon Center last year.

Well, I don't think I have any strange Pokemon merchandise......

However, I think I have some very rare merchandise.

I would consider the following items in my collection to be rare:

- Birthday Pikachu (English though, so I don't know how much it's worth)

- Ho-oh, stamped with the Unseen Forces logo (I don't know how much it's worth, but I got that card in a trade, from someone who was going to the Nationals event O.O)

- Pikachu, yellow cheeks (stamped with the E3 logo)

- Japanese Pikachu plushie, from the 7th movie (it even has a 7th movie tag! it's so cool!) This is my favorite plushie, because it has its head tilted and it's in a more "realistic" pose than the other Pikachu plushies. :)

- Japanese Pikachu plushie, it's a small plushie, and it's very cute. Basically, when you put it down on a desk or something, it looks "flat" because that's the way it's made - like it's laying down. ^^

- Japanese Corphish plushie, nothing special about it really, it's just a regular Pokemon plushie - I bought it because I like Ash's Corphish XD

- Japanese Bulbasaur plushie, it's very cute and soft. I bought it at an anime convention (and I think the plushie must've been made/sold during the time Fire Red/Leaf Green first came out...).

- Japanese Mew plushie, it's VERY soft, and this is my second-favorite plushie. I bought it at an anime convention, and when I got it, the dealer said that it was brand new. I asked him where they get the plushies from, and he said that they're sold in Japan as "prizes". So I think my Mew might be kinda rare. I'm not sure. XD

Do you remember those Pokemon figurines they were selling in 1999-2000? I remember that they discontinued the Kakuna/Beedrill set for some unknown reason, and I was really mad about that. Well, one day I was walking through a mall near my house when I came upon a store that sold a lot of anime-related merchandise. Lo and behold, they were selling the same exact Kakuna and Beedrill figurines long after they had been discontinued. They were rediculously expensive, but they were in the original Japanese packaging. Of course, I foolishly ripped open the packaging and it's probably been recycled 100 times over by now. That store went out of business years ago. And as for the figurines? The Kakuna is still in pretty good shape, but the Beedrill's wings were ripped off, and the stand it was on fell off as well. Ah well.

Actually, I just remembered something......

I *do* have some strange items in my collection of Pokemon-related merchandise.

The first item is my Pikachu bath buddy. This is kinda weird and interesting, but it actually has the ability to absorb water and also, water can be squeezed from it as well - similar to a wash cloth or a sponge.

Basically, it looks just like a regular Pikachu plushie, only it's made from material that is water-proof. Since I like Pikachu a lot, I do not use this item in the shower/bath. ^_^

In addition, I also have a Bulbasaur bath sponge, which looks like one of those pouf (spelling?) things, except that it has a Bulbasaur on top. The funny thing is, you can't really tell that it's a Bulbasaur anymore, since the paint has rubbed off and stuff (it does still look like a Bulbasaur though). Anyway, I've been using that sponge for a really long time. LOL. XD

Speaking of bath merch, I have a Pokemon bath set I haven't use. It's 2nd gen btw.

I've got a couple of those bath buddie things. I've got Charmander and Psyduck, and I think I used to have a Clefairy one. The ones I have are kind of stupid looking, but I've seen the Pikachu ones, they're really cute.

I used to have a poof similar to that, with Pikachu on it. But the Pikachu on mine was more of a plush type thing, made out of washcloth material.

Not too weird, but I have a remote controlled Cubone.
Only the annoying part is that the remote is attached to it by a cord. D8

Best I've got is 2-3 volumes of "Pocket Monsters"(Not special) manga, the one with the Clefairy. And Pokemon Zensho. Don't know if those are rare, but finding them not online sure seems so.
