Sorry for a short and useless post, but can some one please help me out? I cant figure out how to get Strength, Ive beaten the gym that lets me use it but i dont have it :(
 
You get the HM for Strength from an elderly woman at the top of the Lost Tower just south of Solaceon city. The other woman gives you a spell tag, IIRC.
 
You should have asked this in the simple questions simple answers thread. :p I'm locking it, since your question's been answered, and it's against the rules. Don't let me catch you ignoring the stickies again!
