So I was wondering which pokemon can execute pursuit with the most power, and then not a legandary (else deoxys-a would be the one). Choice band is also the item that is going to make it the strongest so I'm gonna use that.

I know all the factors like natures, ev's. opponents switch and swords dances but that aside.

So which non legendary pokemon gets the most power from it?
 
Tyranitar, with that massive base 134 (neutral maximum is 367) Physical Attack and STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus) to go with it. Absol's right behind it with base 130 (neumax 359) PA, and Honchkrow's a solid third with base 125/neumax 349 PA. Weavile---the fastest of the STAB Pursuit users---comes in at fourth hardest-hitting with base 120/neumax 339, and Skuntank rounds out the top five with base 93/neumax 285 PA. All of the other Dark-types have base 90/neumax 279 PA or less.

Since you're not including legendaries, Rampardos has the absolute best *unboosted* (aka. non-STAB) Pursuit with base 165/neutral maximum 429 Physical Attack, and Slaking takes the uncontested second place with base 160/neumax 419 PA. The rest of the pack trail way back, beginning with Metagross's base 135/neumax 369 PA. Fourth place goes to Scizor's base 130/neumax 359 PA, while Heracross beats out the remainder for fifth with its base 125/neumax 339 PA.

If you are looking for Speed(which *can* be beneficial to a Choice Bander, but is not always necessary), then Aerodactyl and Crobat tie for first with base 130/neutral maximum 359 Speed. Swellow and Weavile tie for third with base 125/neumax 349 Speed. Finally, Dugtrio and Sceptile tie for sixth with base 120/neumax 339 Speed.

ok, I'll use tyranitar then. He'll be extra usefull because he also sets up sandstorm at the same time (my goal is to set up acid rain ;) )
