Sugimori Art for humans?

Does anyone know where Sugimori art can be found for the Gym Leaders past Maylene, as well as the party characters? I've seen them around, but they're not up on the 'pedia yet, and I can't find them now.
 
What about that site that Gamefreak had that had a tour through the game that was slowly updated over time? Is that still around?

EDIT: I found it, the Yahoo kids page.
