I once had this silly little dream with a bunch of cool pics I had pictured in my mind over Spring Break. Well, it came, and I had school work and other things to do. So much for getting them done over Spring Break. I figured I could draw these awesome pics over summer. I took me a while to realize that I am still an amatuer and I could never draw pics that are pictured in my head. >.< Yet, I worked on a few things.

Clay Bulbasaur - most of you probably know about my clay figure making, and my newest is a Bulbasaur. I don't think I'm as good as I used to be. I got really lazy on the bulb part, too. ^^;

Baby Hiei - My friend (Crimson_flygon) drew this pic and coloured his hair and eyes. Then she gave it to me to colour the rest. >.> Hiei is pretty kawaii, though. ^_^

Similar Shirts (haha!11one!1) - I think this is best best pic I've ever done in my new style (and in general). DistantWaveShipping is meh fav. ^^; This was going to be an oekaki, but I did it on paper because I have no idea how to do oekaki. -.-' I learned I can draw, as long as it doesn't go past the subjects' shoulders. XD I kinda messed up in some spots in shading...and the shape of May's face still bugs me. I was going to make a background, but all the ones I could think of didn't really fit with the drawing. Well, there was one, but it was way too advanced. ;_; I think this pic was influenced by Ken Sugimori of course, since he did the original characters, but also by Yuu Watase's style a little unintentionally because I was reading Alice 19th a lot before this. (*must...find...out...what happens...in volume...four!) Anyhow...I like teh ship! ^_^

I hope to do another clay figure this summer, and maybe a couple more pics this summer. I'll post them in this thread if I ever do them! I also have to do my first oekaki. <.<

Awww, your artwork is really cute, Hitchi! Oh, and I'm the exact same way about drawing in the summer. I'm always all gung-ho before summer, believing, "I'll have enough time to draw anything!!" Then summer comes and I melt into a puddle and find excuses not to draw, even though I love to.

I love the clay Bulbasaur. <3 I want one... ;_; It's adorable! The only thing I think you could fix is that his mouth seems to make too much of an arc, when it should be a little more of a straight line. I love how you did his body shape and his little toenails are really cute. *Is weird*

Baby Hiei is very cute. I love the expression on his face and those huge eyes. ^^ I'm really liking how you colored the rug and the bucket; you used a nice coloring technique there. Practice at coloring is always good, even if you don't draw the picture. One suggestion I can make is that you can incorporate other colors into developing shades on things. In example, for the color red, if you incorporate shades of blue and purple into the shady parts, and oranges and yellows into the lighter parts, it makes things look very dynamic.

Heh heh, I like Brawly's expression. ^^ While I agree that the shape of May's face is a little off, I also think that your coloring on this is very nice. It's very solid and bright, which is very fitting to the picture and makes it fun to look at. I particularly like the subtle highlights in May's hair and how you colored her bandana (it actually seems to have a fabric-like texture.)

Nice job, and I hope you continue to post more of your drawings in the future. I would love to see them. ^^ Keep up the good drawing! *Wonders if she herself should go draw now*

I really like your art work Hitchi! My favorite is the one with brawly and May. Wonderful job!

EEEEEEE! I want to hug them all!

*Gathers them up in her arms*

Hehe...yeah. Anywho, great artwork, Hitchi!

Yay! Hitchi posted some of her art! ^___^

The little Bulbasaur is so cute! ^o^ You did it really well.

Baby Hiei is just too kawaii for words, I especially like his eyes and the way you colored the bucket. ^_^

W00t! First DistantWaveShipping Fanart I've seen ^o^ I love Brawly's expression, is so cute. And the coloring on this one seems to have improved, especially on May's bandana. Just keep practicing and you'll get better at drawing faces and such.

Oh! And please go and draw some oekaki already, little missy! ^_~

Awww... *glomps pictures* :D The shading is really nice! Wow, I had no idea that you make clay figures! That's so cool!

That clay Bulba is adorable! And you really improved you're drawing and coloring style since the last time I saw it. I essecially like the third one, although May's arm seem a bit wierd to me. The shading doesn't look bad at all. Well done!
