Sun Moon Plot Differences/UBs

I want to ask this simply because GameFreak is doing so many things different in S/M than other pokemon games of the past. Usually, to my knowledge, both versions have the same story with a few differences. I want to ask if Sun/Moon will be a little different and the stories be more than a few differences. I wonder because of how it has been said(or rumored?) that the region on both are the same but just a different dimension. This would explain why the UB-02s may be different. I don't know.

I think the story won't be any different to be honest. Just different ultra beast and mascot plus a couple odd differences but the plot would remain the same.
