SUPER is a video conversion program that can convert from almost any format to almost any format X_x
As for the question, I don’t see an “Encode Now” button either. What I do see is an “Encode (Active Job-List Files)” button. After choosing a file or so to convert and the desired options, you should be able to click that button (it’s the first on the left underneath the box where you can drag files to) to convert them.

Why not just use a program such as VirtualDub(mod) or Avidemux? Also, which formats are you converting from/to?
