Super Secret Base Locations and Best Fairy Type Pokémon?

Hey guys, I have 2 different questions for the world to answer.

Where in Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire is the best place to build a Super-Secret Base. I am looking for a big base that, if possible, is close to the Route Sign.

My other Question is what is the best Fairy-Type Pokémon? I personally like Diancie, but I also am a fan of Mawile, Mega Mawile, and Altaria.
