Super Smash Brothers Fans- REJOICE!

Apparently, at a Japanese game expo their will be a brand new Trailer for Smash Brothers Brawl.

This happens Friday, and since Japan is ahead of us, we could possibly get it tonight.

Their is supposedly a new character in it, anyone wanna take bets?

I'm going with either a new Pokemon character or Sonic.

I want it to be Lucario. :B

I want it to be Korobooshi, but I know THAT won't happen.

It can't be Sonic. It can never be Sonic. He doesn't belong to Nintendo; he is Sony's playboy. Or at least, he was the last time I looked. o.0

New pokemon? Well, it probably is Lucario, for promotion purposes, or, for the hell of it, Blaziken. I can really see either of those. Since in Melee they put in Mewtwo, it might be a Legendary. o.o

I swear I remember seeing an interview where Miyamoto himself wanted too see Sonic alongside Mario.

Oh and by the way, try checking google with the keywords "E3" "Super Smash Brothers" and "Solid Snake" and then come back and say that.

Sonic is pretty much a shoe-in for SSBB, Miyamoto hinted at it several times, and with Sega games on the Virtual Console, there is a very strong chance he'll be there.

At this point, it would surprise me more to NOT see Sonic in the next
installment of Smash Bros. Any prior interviews would be proof of that.

Ah can Friday come soon enough? I only hope those videos aren't of things that we already know.

Apparently the official Japanese website says it will have a "new character", I also hope we see a new stage or something.

I hope it confirms some returning characters as well. (We only know Mario/Link/Pikachu/Kirby so far.) Confirming the return of the Pokéball with maybe a few of the Pokémon inside would also be great.

I'm still wondering if any DP Pokemon will make it, depends on if DP comes out in America before this does.

Really, it seems like a perfect fit for SSB.

Yeah, the Form change would be a big draw.

If we have a new Pokemon, I definately go with Blaziken, Lucario, Deoxys, and maybe Munchlax.

Please no Igglybuff.

Pichu should be shot.

And I wonder if, were Deoxys to be in the game, people would yell "CHEAP!" again, like with Zelda/Sheik.

Munchlax? What could he do? Other than, you know, eat?

Munchlax will possibly be a Pokéball Pokémon but not a playable character.

-A trailer featuring new characters from Brawl (either current new characters or new unknown ones) will be featured in Japan's Nintendo World friday, November 3rd.
-This trailer will feature real time gameplay, not just cinematics like the prior one.
-This trailer will feature more than one new character.
-New screenshots of those characters will be released worldwide.
-Samurai Panda posting on Smashboards has said that the characters shown will be revealed for the first time in the world.
-The trailer will either be a video or a slideshow of new images.

They do acknowledge it, kind of....

Which, Lucario was mentioned in the new issue of NP by a player to be in SSBB, and NP listed it with Dora as rediculous...0.0

All I can say is that I hope and pray with all my heart that it's Sonic, because then there's a chance Knuckles will be an unlockable. *swoon*
