Aw, how adorable! Nice sun effect, too, with decent shading.
 
I love the way you made the light in the picture, maybe a bit too much, but it's a sunny day to surf ;-) Pika's shape looks a bit strange to me, may just be it's pose, and I like the post-card effect the edges give it
