I don't know very much about this, but you should probably get some more basic pokemon in that deck, also instead of using one of any trainer, pick the better ones and use multiples of them

1x Unown Q
4x Pokemon Collector
3x Pokemon Communication
4x Bebe's Search
2x Rare Candy
2x Broken Time Space
2x Expert Belt
1x Luxury Ball

If you can get those cards in there, your deck will be infinitely more consistent. Cool concept, though. Drop out the Shuckle and shit and take it down to just Donphan and Swampert.
