The Land of Pleto Region, a large continent just 100 miles away from Johto, is having large swarms of bug-type Pokemon. They are eating the crops of Pleto and then they swarm back to the Torrential Sea, where the storm rages longer than pokemon have been known. This causes mass amounts of food-lacking throught Pleto, making everyone miserable. Go capture pokemon, battle other trainer, and find out what is causing all of this mayhem...

Also, Brand new light type!!!! Its moves are special, and super effective against dark and psychic, and not very effective against lgiht and ghost! Moves super-effective to it are ghost.

what moves can Blackbend can do because i wanted to start out with lucario but i'll stick to the setting for now.
