Hey guys, I recently decided that I wanted to make a Rain Dance team in my OR game and I've heard that Politoed is quintessential to a Rain Dance team, but alas, I have no means of acquiring a swift swim Poliwag in OR, so I was wondering if anyone would be wiling to set up a trade? I'd be very thankful! Also, if it is no extra hassle, I wouldn't mind if it came with a damp rock and perfect IV's in SpA, but again, if that isn't possible that's totally fine. Thank you in advance!

I can get you one that will have perfect Special Attack, and five IVs total. Can't do the damp rock though.

Could you get me a hidden ability Skrelp (Adaptability) in exchange?

Update: Got one with 31/31/31/31/31/X IVs--acceptable?
 
Alright, I caught the Skrelp, It also comes with Toxic Spikes.
