since the search function is incapable of searching for phrases (or any two adjecent words)
I'm making this thread even if the answer is "obvious" or something

Is is possible to switch pokeballs that a pokemon is in? i remember doing it once but im not sure, it seems like it should be possible, considering premier balls couldnt catch a level 10 and minimum HP,
 
It's not possible. And premier balls WILL capture a Pokemon, I've done it countless times with Pokemon of varying levels (though, usually, the same as would be captured in a Pokeball). One experience does not unmake a proven fact.
