Tarountula and Spidops make their Pokémon GO debuts in the Enchanted Hollow event commencing November 4th

It seems Pokémon GO has a very different idea of what "Enchanted" means, with Tarountula and Spidops set to make their debuts a few days after Halloween in the Enchanted Hollow event, which will run from Tuesday, November 4th, at 10:00am to Sunday, November 9th, at 8:00pm local time.

50 Tarountula Candy will be required to evolve Tarountula into Spidops.

Event Bonuses and Activities
The following bonuses will be active throughout the event period:

• 2× XP for spinning PokéStops.
• 2× Lure Module duration.
• Increased chance of encountering Shiny Paras and Shiny Stantler.

In something a little more on-theme than a pair of spider Pokémon, event-themed patches of glowing forestry will also appear beneath PokéStops.

Collection Challenges
Event-themed Collection Challenges will be available during this event. Trainers completing these challenges will receive XP and encounters with Tarountula.

Paid Timed Research
Until November 9th, at 8:00pm local time, Trainers will be able to purchase access to event-exclusive Timed Research for US$1.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in each local currency). Amongst other rewards, Trainers completing these tasks will receive a Mossy Lure Module, two Incense, three Lucky Eggs, and encounters with a Paras, Stantler, Drampa, and Tarountula.

Trainers may gift this event-exclusive ticket to any friend with a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher. The tasks associated with this Timed Research must be completed and their rewards must be claimed before November 9th, at 8:00pm local time.
