To be used as a starter for a team with at least one Wall:

Tauros
Nature: Hasty
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Item: Choice Band
~ Double Edge
~ Earthquake
~ Giga Impact (?)
~ Steel Tail (?)

With Choice Band & STAB, Double Edge will take out most good pokes in 2 hits, some in just 1 hit. It's important to have a Wall on the team in order to switch Tauros out if opponent switches in a Rock or Ghost.

Choice Band severely limits the set of viable moves for slots 3 & 4. Giga Impact, maybe, for a last hurrah if Tauros is wounded and switched out, then switched back in? Steel Tail for opponent pokes resistant to Normal and immune to Ground? Or maybe Return to avoid recoil damage?

Thanks,
Richard

you'll probably be complained at for this haha

put this in the simple questions thread on the rate my teams forum, this is for entire teams

Giga Impact is horrible, even for Slaking -- there are a LOT of better options. Double-Edge is fine if you don't care about recoil, but Tauros can't really take a hit anyway (especially since you want to use a -Defense nature -- Adamant would be a lot better, though), so Return is definitely a viable option. Earthqake is good, but Iron Tail...not so much. You might try a set like this:

Tauros@Choice Band
Adamant/Jolly nature
Ability: Intimidate (generally, much more useful, though Anger Point could work if you're willing to risk taking a critical hit)
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
-- Return/Double-Edge
-- Earthquake
-- Stone Edge
-- Zen Headbutt/Pursuit

Return or Double-Edge for STAB, Earthquake for coverage. Stone Edge handles things like Altaria and other Flying-tpes, as well as most Fire-types in UU. Zen Headbutt or Pursuit handle Ghosts. Adamant for a little extra power, or Jolly for some speed. And Tauros actually has semi-decent physical defense (base 95), so you're definitely going to want a -Special Attack or Defense nature.

EDIT: And don't worry -- people see that you're new here, so you'll be forgiven for this time. Next time, just remember to go to the Simple Questions thread, all right? :-D
