Is it OK to play the Pokemon TCG via the forums? Because the rules don't seem to say anything about it, and I'm curious, since no one nearby wants to play.
 
What exactly do you mean? Are you talking about soliciting people to play with, or using the forums themselves to conduct matches?
 
I wonder how that'd work... I haven't heard of such a way of playing before and it sounds very cheat prone to me.
 
That's the only real problem that I can see with it, though. Well, that and it may not go very fast. Still, it's a friendly game, not part of a tournament, so why would anyone cheat? Besides the occasional idiot who thinks that they are perfect and absolutely have to win everything... But I'm not counting them.
