TCG Hunting - stores or online?

I've played Pokemon TCG on GameBoy Color many years ago. After a long absence from TCG, I've decided to hold it once again. But then the question hits my head; How am I gonna get Decks and Boosters? I did get "Starcharge" and "Jetstream" Decks, 2 EX Deoxys Boosters and 4 Dragon Frontier Boosters. But those titles seem to be the only ones I can buy in my neighbourhood. What about other decks and boosters? Can anyone share their methods of card hunting?
 
a big store like Target or Walmart has their own section for cards. usually near the registers.
 
Thanks for the info. I don't see Walmarts here in Norway, but I think supermarkets and kiosks have the packs.
What about energy cards? I don't know if I'm being or lucky or unlucky, I found NO energy cards at all in my 6 boosters. Are the energy cards included in boosters, or do I have to buy more decks?
 
Does anyone use card sleeves for their cards? I can guess deck cases are used abundantly.

I do, just because I like to keep my cards in top condition when using them in a deck. I don't have a deck case yet, surprisingly.

You have to buy more decks is my thought on the matter. Unfortunately. You're not unlucky, the only time I found regular energy in my packs are Power Keepers.
 
I usually buy the cards at Gamestop or Wal-Mart. Am I the only one here who keeps the cards in a binder filled with sleeve pages?

*Laugh* Well, I know I'm not! :)

Just about nearly 60 loose cards (no energy cards), except for two decks, so I don't think I'm gonna be buying a binder until I'm swimming in cards. :)
But I'd like to have one, really. _I wanna show off my holo Ralts D, Kirlia D, Gardevoir D !!_. ;(
