All "Diamond & Pearl"-on sets are commonly abbreviated by TCG-savvy forum posters. Since many of you who I hope will become interested in the greatest CCG/TCG ever (POKÉMON) won't immediately pick up on the set abbreviations, I've organized them here in a handy little list.

SET | ABBREVIATION
----
Diamond & Pearl - DP
Mysterious Treasures - MT
Secret Wonders - SW
Great Encounters - GE
Majestic Dawn - MD
Legends Awakened - LA
Stormfront - SF
Platinum - PT
Rising Rivals - RR
Supreme Victors - SV
Arceus - AR

I think Platinum should be PM.
P comes from the P in Platinum
L comes from the M in platinuM

No, it shouldn't.

Pt is the chemical symbol for Platinum, so it makes much more sense (or rather, it's the only working abbreviation for Platinum).

I'm very good at Chemistry. After all.

Plus, every other "Platinum" we have on-site refers to the game as Pt. So why not the set as well?

HOW BOUT THE OLD SETS?
