Teach Substitute Tradeback

Hello!
I haven't been here in a while, so forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong way, but I really need to teach my Jumpluff Substitute in Pokemon Black! The problem is, you can only get the TM in Twist Mountain during Winter, and it isn't Winter in my game. I need my Jumpluff ready by tomorrow afternoon, so I can't wait for Winter to come.
I'm asking for someone to take Jumpluff, teach it Substitute (and be sure to replace Bounce) and trade it back to me! TMs are reusable, and I don't think it would take too long, but it would be a huge favor if someone could help. Thank you!

in your ds settings you can change the date to change pokemons weather to winter & the n you can get it yourself & save yourself hassle for the future

After a few hours of toggling, I did manage to fix it. Playing around with how the weird clocks in Black and White work is hard! Thanks for the advice, though. I guess I assumed it wouldn't work at first because I've tried toggling with the clock to get daily items and it didn't work. But it worked this time, so thank you.
