Teaching Gallade....

Well, to be exact, it's known as relearning, rather than tutoring, which is the process of teaching a move a Pokemon normally can't get.

To explain further to our Gallade trainer, a lot of Pokemon have moves registered as their starting moves, but they can't really gain it even though the pass the requirements (like evolving to a certain form, etc.). For these, you need to give a Heart Scale to a man residing near the Pastoria City lake, so he can have your Pokemon relearn the move.
 
Thank You, it that i have not played pokemon since gold and silver and everything is soooo new right now...
I was a beast at Red and Blue but now, im trying to catch up to what to do, TY
