Bug and Flying don't exactly net optimal coverage, so an Expert Belt doesn't do you a lot of good. The moveset itself looks fine, however, though I might think about switching to a Timid nature, to ensure that it's as fast as possible and isn't unexpectedly KOed before it can get off one of it's stat moves. Since this guy's also probably not going to be around a while anyway, also consider a Life Orb.

Salamence @ Life Orb
Mild
Intimidate
120 Atk / 252 SpA / 136 Spe

Seeing as this is a Mild natured Salamence, I'd be inclined to concentrate on the special attacks. Maybe try and get Hydro Pump over something you've already got covered somewhere else? Other than that it looks pretty good.

Heatran @ Choice Specs
Modest
Flash Fire
40 HP / 252 SpA / 216 Spe

- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Dragon Pulse
- Flamethrower

Fire Blast AND Flamethrower on the same set really isn't necessary. Check and see what it's Hidden Power type is -- Grass, Ice, or Electric would work really well over Flamethrower, and if you can net one of those, that Expert Belt from Yanmega might be put to better use here. If not, Dark Pulse or Flash Cannon might work well.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Relaxed

240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpA

- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Surf / Hydro Pump
- Roar

Me personally, I'd pick Surf over Hydro Pump just for reliability. This set looks all right.

Ursaring @ Toxic Orb
Adamant or Jolly
Quick Feet
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

- Facade
- Close Combat
- Crunch
- Swords Dance

Jolly. This Ursaring is going to need to be as fast as possible to make it work. Other than that, it looks fine.

Torterra @ Leftovers
Impish
Overgrow
212 HP / 252 Def / 44 Spe

- Wood Hammer
- Stone Edge
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock

Looks good to me. Watch out for Ice attacks, but this should work well should someone decide to break out a Hippowdon to Sand Stream you. T-Tar may give you a bit of trouble, but you should be able to at least Leech Seed it before it takes you down unless it's packing something totally unexpected.

The yanmega set actually works really well especially with max evs in attack and speed.
hypnosis first. then use either bug buzz or air slash.
If the opponent switches, you get two free attacks on it due to the first switch and then you get two speed boost which should make you faster than the opponent.
It works really well
I would keep it.

The way I use my yanmega (My favorite lead) is by protecting the first turn, to insure that I will outspeed the majority of enemies. The next turn I hypnosis or i do this on the first turn if I predict a stealth rock. After this I feel free to sweep as long as possible with Air Slash/Bug Buzz. I would consider putting a focus sash on it to insure two turns of play (with protect).

Edo-kun pretty much raped the rate there; good job :)

Torterra's okay, but something else would probably work better with this team. Maybe something with more special bulk? If you have access to Cresselia, Mesprit, or even Uxie, those could work as well. I run a special "wall" Uxie and it works great.
