Im trying to decide my 6 Pokes in my competitive team. Ive been competitively breeding a lot (nature, 5 or 6 perfect IVs, EVs...) but never bothered with the different tiers too much.

So I would need a few advices for my team. I have 4 members decided, so I would need advice for the 2 final slots in my team.

My decided Pokes are: Mega Metagross, Primal Groudon, Latios and Heatran. For the 2 final spots I was thinking of 2 out of those: Sableye, Galvantula, Salemence, White Kyurem, etc. So which 2 would you recommend me (preferebly from the options i gave you, but advices are welcome).

- Mega Metagross: Metagrossite; Adamant; 252 HP ,252 Attack , 4 Defense;
Meteor Mash, Zen Headbutt, Brick Break (or Ice Punch?), Rock Polish.

- Primal Groudon: Red Orb; Adamant; 252 HP and 252 Attack, 4Speed
Precipice Blade, Fire Punc, Stone Edge, Rock Polish

- Latios: Choice Specs; Timid; 252 Evs Sp. At. and Speed, 4 EVs in HP.
Draco Meteor, Psychic Ice Beam Thunderbolt

- Heatran: Sitrus Berry/ Air Baloon (haven´t decided yet); Quiet; 252 EVs HP, 252 Sp. A., 4 Defense.
Fire Blast, Flash Cannon, Earth Power, DStealth Rock

I was thinking of Salamence and a Galvantula with Sticky web as the leading pokemon, but i also like Sableye as an option, with Prankster, Will-o-wisp, Recover, Knock off and Confuse Ray.

However, I could also consider replacing Primal Groudon and using the team in OU, but i would prefer to maintain him, although not being a big Uber fan.

A Pokemon is allowed in it's own tier or above, meaning even one Uber makes your team Uber, and it doesn't matter if you have one Uber and 5 Magikarps; in other words, forget about Groudon in OU.
As for the other three:
MMeta: BB is weak, if you need something for Steels use the more powerful EQ, Hammer Arm can also be used if you ditch Rock Polish, and Ice Punch is always good on a Pokemon that otherwise has some trouble with Gliscor and Landorus-T; also run 252Spe.
Latios: Ice Beam is redundant on a Dragon-type (with the exception of the Kyurem's) and so is Psychic, use Surf or HP Fire and Psyshock, which despite the redundant coverage, helps you kill the likes of Chansey.
Heatran: run Timid 252Spe, Air Balloon please.

I appreciate your answer!

I know one Uber makes the team Uber, that´s why I said I was considering to get rid of Primal Groudon to play OU, but I would prefer not to, cause I like him.

Why a Speed oriented Heatran, his speed is low anyway... Is it worth it? You are right about the Air Baloon though.
Is an E- quake stronger than a Tough Claws boosted Brick Break? I chose ¡t especially because of the Tough Claws boost. And I decided to invest in HP for more bulk, and thats the reason I went for Rock Polish, to compense the lack of EV investment in Speed... Is it such a bad idea?

It's nearly impossible for a sweeper not invested in defense to get more than one boost against a good player, so you need speed EVs.
And without EQ Opposing Metagross and Jirachi wall you.
Kyogre is such an awsome Pokemon for an Ice and Water-type fan like me, but I still need to play competitively; same for your Groudon.
And you can always run a defensive Heatran with SR, but then you should carry different moves.
