couple things. 1, you need to post evs and natures, or put it in the in game section. 2, why set up sunny day with magmar if Fraligator's attacks will be weakened by it?

Any reason in particular you didnt post held items, EVs and natures? And that there are only 2 pokemon?
Moving on..... Replace feraligatr's hydro pump with waterfall since attack is feraligatr's better offense, get ice punch since its stronger and more accurate then ice fang and relace iron tail and giga impact (since iron tail has bad accuraccy and giga impact makes you skip a turn) with crunch and swords dance/super power.

Evolve magmar try making it hold choice scarf, and replace sunny day, fire spin and smoke screen with thunderbolt, focus blast/will-o-wisp, psychic/shadow ball.

You need a Lead. Skarmory or Aerodactyl will do nicely if you do what ^ and ^^ said.

Evolve Magmar. Magmortar is still UU, so it doesn't change the tier. You can trade/trade back with people at the trading center
