You have a giant Dark Type weakness (but i bet you already knew that).
you should put in some dark resists.

ok replacement for drifblim
Absol
nature:w/e i get
252Hp/252Spd/6atk
Swords Dance
Baton Pass
Aerial Ace
Night Slash

and now only half the team is weak against Dark types because

Spiritomb has no weakness at all
Drapion is only weak against ground attacks
absol is a straight of dark-type

Dusknoir has high defense stats so he can take dark type attacks the only onees that i'll have to worry about is gengar and froslass but they are speed pokes so they'll do what they can.

Hate to break it to you, dude, but if you're not willing to change natures, this team is going to fail epically. Let's take a look at some of the worst choices:

Dusknoir has EXCELLENT Special Defense, and you even plan to use it as a defensive pokemon. It also has craptastic speed. But you're using a nature which promotes it's speed (which still isn't going to do you any good) and hinders it's special defense (which I assume you're going to want to utilize).

Similar but opposite deal with Froslass. Great speed, not-so-hot special defense. Your nature promotes special defense, but hinders speed (something you just said in your last post you were relying on for her).

Drapion's best stat is it's defense. Even if your nature raises it's good attack, I don't think you're going to want to compromise it's best stat, especially if you want it to stick around and deal out hits.

Spiritomb's neutral nature isn't horrible...but you can always breed for a Careful, Modest, Calm, or Bold one.

For Absol, you're going to want to get an Adamant or Jolly nature. Lonely or Hasty could work as well, depending on what set you want to run.

Dude, I hate to say it, but if you want this team to do anything but win, you're actually going to have to care about what natures you get for your pokemon.

Sassy promotes Sp. Atk

and i don't let trying to breed for natures (tried it and it does not work for me) i rather just use the pokes i find cool no matter natures because if you use speific natures it just bored/ ruins the fun for me. but thats my prospective. and as for winning don't care that much i like to have fun not just be OOHH i have to win no matter what Seriously that takes all the fun out of it.

Sassy promotes Sp. Atk

No...Sassy does, in fact, promote Special Defense. Bulbapedia knows it, Smogon knows it, and even your game knows it. If your pokemon likes Bitter poffins, then it's nature promotes Special Defense. If it likes Dry poffins, then it promotes Special Attack.

I get that...seriously, and I commend you for it. But this section is mainly used for building competitive teams. As such, it's assumed that every team put up here is for use competitively, not just with one's friends or something.

i don't have any friends around me to play. so yea.. that answers that statement

That wasn't a question. Don't expect to get a proper rate if you aren't willing to make simple changes. Even if you had the right natures this team is weak to several common threats. Without the right nature it is going to be very hard to actually do much with what you have.

Damn this team seriously has a load of weaknesses. I suggest using this http://pokemon.marriland.com/diamond_pearl/team_builder/ for building your team(s). Unless your team is something like a Hail/Rain/Sandstorm/Sunny Day/etc team it's not good to have almost all the same types. It's best to have different types. Try making a Trick Room team or something idk...plus you have like one wall...you're team would be taken down quick.
