Hey guys. My name is FalconPunch and Im only new to the Bulbagarden forums so I figure the most practical way of getting my post count up is to post my team for you guys to see! I use this team in ShoddyBattle and in Wi-fi and it has been very successful! I hope to use this team in more tournaments and future battles as I think it is one of the better ones I have made. I would appreciate it if you could tell me areas where it could approve and some changes that have to be done. Anyways onto the team~

RISING COBRA
The EV's are set out as Spe= Speed and Spd= Special Defense.

Lead
Spr_4h_235.png

Smeargle
Ability: Own Tempo
Jolly nature
212 HP/ 40 Def/ 252 Spe
Choice Scarf
~ Trick
~ Spore
~ U-Turn
~ Transform
Smeargle is an excellent lead. Many pokemon try to set up stealth rock or taunt on the first turn, meaning that Smeargle can trick a Choice item onto them, making them have to repeat the same move! now I can spore the next pokemon that switches in, and then use U-Turn to switch in an appropriate counter. He can immobilise many common leads and allow my offensive pokemon to set up and sweep.
the choice Scarf lets me beat all base 130 pokemon, meaning I can trick them into a taunt or support move. I try not to let Smeargle die early as he can come back later in the game to put to sleep a dangerous pokemon.

Bulky Offense

Kingdra
Ability: Sniper
Adamant nature
24 HP/ 252 Att/ 232 Spe
Leftovers
~ WaterFall
~ Outrage
~ Dragon Dance
~ Substitute
Kingdra is one of my favourites. I try to put him in every team I make and build my team around him. he provides my team with some awesome 4x resistances to water and fire, and only has the one weakness, meaning he can switch in a lot. unlike other dragon types he is not weak to stealth rock and is not beaten by Scizor when ~50% health. His Dual-STAB moves are only resisted by Empoleon. Substitute protects me against the use of status such as Burn and Paralysis taht could hinder Kingdras sweep. If I get up one Dragon Dance, your in trouble, If I get up two, something is going to die, If I manage to get up a sub in the process, its good game.

Bruce Wayne

Gliscor
Ability: Sand Veil
Jolly nature
252 HP/ 40 Def/ 216 Spe
Leftovers
~ Taunt
~ EarthQuake
~ Stealth Rock
~ Roost
Gliscor is cool. He provides some insurance to my team against the likes of Lucario and Heracross, as well as most physical attackers. Taunt is used as most of my attackers rely on stat upping moves and cant afford to be phazed out, so Gliscor comes to the rescue! Stealth rock is a good supporting move that can help chip off some health of incoming pokemon. Roost is used for added survivability.

Special Wall
Spr_4h_171.png

Lanturn
Ability: Volt Absorb
Calm nature
40 HP/ 192 SpA/ 240 SpD/ 36 Spe
Leftovers
~ Thunder Bolt
~ Thunder Wave
~ Ice Beam
~ Surf
Lanturn is a UU pokemon thats ready for OU. It counters some of the Metagames most powerful pokemon, including Zapdos, Starmie and any Bulky Water not called Swampert or Gyarados (without Earthquake it can). Hitting Salamence on the switch with thunder Wave is awesome! He can than be disposed of with Ice beam. The EV's are pretty self explanetory for a special wall but I have a little more Special Attack than usual to dish out a bit more damage.

Moar Offensive

Heracross
Ability: Guts
Adamant nature
4 Spd/ 252 att/ 252 Spe
Wide Lens
~ Close Combat
~ Stone Edge
~ Swords Dance
~ Megahorn
Another of my faves. With Swords Dance and a possibly guts boost, he packs enough power to take down Skarmory, which is impressive considering Skarm is just about the bulkiest pokemon in existence. I use Wide Lens to boost the accuracy of moves such as Stone Edge and Megahorn. With some possible paralysis support from Lanturn Hera can rip through things in the OU Metagame.

Smokin'!

Heatran
Ability: Flash Fire
Timid nature
4 Spd/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spe
Choice Scarf
~ Flamethrower
~ Hidden Power Ice
~ Earth Power
~ Explosion
ah the typical Heatran. I was lucky to get one with HP Ice, so I took it! He acts as my revenge killer, removing said threats such as Infernape, Lucario and Scizor. With HP Ice I can finally beat Gliscor. he can also come into any fire attack and get the boost, meaning his text fire-typed attack is going to hurt!

So that is my team guys, I hope you enjoyed it! I would welcome any critiscm.

And remember kids, never stop brawling.

Just taking a quick look (I have to go to class soon)

Heatran doesn't need Dragon Pulse since it has HP Ice. Dragon Pulse would only do more damage to Latias and the rare Kingdra. You can give it Explosion. Even though its nature is -Atk, Explosion will still do major damage.

This is true. Dragon Pulse is still a 3HKO on most Latias so its kinda useless. I will replace it with explosion. Thanks :)

May I ask why Smeargle has Transform? I mean, Smeargle might want either explosion or Destiny Bond.

Explosion on Smeargle is garbage. It has awfully low attack so it's not recommended. Destiny Bond sound good but I would suggest Seismic Toss instead
of it. A Jolly Heracross will be very destructive with Swords Dance as it has a fairly good speed and can outspeed a Timid Gardevoir and easily OHKO it with a Megahorn. How about replacing Flamethrower with Fire Blast?

Megahorn
Close Combat
Stone Edge
Pursuit
Item Attached: Choice Scarf
Ability: Guts
EVs and Nature:
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature

that is a good sweeper.
