Did Team Rocket (not referring to Jessie and James) go to school before?

Whatever they say something strange, it sounds like they picked it up from someone, instead of at school.

since they are people, I'm sure some went and some didn't. I'd think that the more higher ranked you'd go, the more education they get (a grunt might not have made it to high school, while an Executive might have gone to college)

Well when you think about, Team Rocket is just like any crime syndicate. You'll get the drop outs who were unable to find a normal job turning to crime for the money, while you'll get the highly intelligent people using their knowledge to spin rackets and to manipulate people with bribes.

The answer to that question depends on whether or not school actually exists in the Pokemon world. If we're assuming it does, then I don't see why not. Joshawott said it better than I could have xD

I'd just like to point out, that having a higher intelligence does not necessarily mean said person finished high school or even attended college. You could have grunts that attended college but, for whatever reason, decided to join a crime syndicate. And you could also have highly intelligent bosses that never finished high school. Cyrus, although crazy, comes off as a very intelligent person (it may even be his intelligence that makes him crazy); however, because of his demeanor and the way he thinks, I really wouldn't be surprised if he was a high school drop-out. Contrary to popular belief, children with higher intelligence (gifted or otherwise), tend to do worse in school than their average intelligence peers.

Sorry, I couldn't help myself >_<

I know that Musashi went to school, because her mother, Miyamoto, mentions she needs money so that she can pay for her daughter's studies. If I remember that right . . .

Maybe the Grunts have a high school education while the higher ups have a college education? I really don't think education factors much into it at all. The higher ups normally get the job done, while the grunts aren't as reliable.

In regards to Team Rocket in the anime, James is from a wealthy family, so he was most likely educated but might not have gone to a public school. I seem to recall Jessie at some point mentioning her scary first-grade teacher...

they went to school in the anime it was Pokemon Tech (the episode is The School of Hard Knocks). they were the worst in the school so they left. they might have also gone to another but they never say.

Cyrus probably didn't last long in any school at all, being a genius with omnicidal thoughts already as a child. Most likely he didn't start high-school, didn't attend much class, and just self-taught everything.

Also N was homeschooled. Or however that works out when you are raising a kid under your plans of world domination. He simply can't have gone to school.

On the other hand, Giovanni looks like a meddling enough person to have an impressive formal education and titles.

The rest... they each have their own motives. Most executives look average enough to pressume they went through the average education system to varying degrees.
