You know, I was just wondering somethiing. Suppose all of the nice effects of their motto was just from props, how do they manage to get them up so fast. ALso, sometimes when they do their motto in their balloon, how can they do that without falling off(sometimes, their movements are just so extravegent.)

Of course I know that. I'll be in a psychiartic ward if I don't. But I just wanted to see what peopel would think of their rather fast movements and prop settings. But, iof this topic is a little too vague, we can just discuss the Team Rocket Motto.

I know, I can be a litle bit crazy sometimes.

Watch the orienteering episode from mid-Battle Frontier. Team Rocket are just imagining all the special effects.

The same way stars and stuff go around during Sailor Moon's transformations. In anime, things are abstracted quite a bit. The average magical girl fan, for example, realizes that when Sailor Moon or Ichigo or Pretty Sammy begins her transformation, she is not actually transported to a magical dimension of stars and rainbows. This is just to add effect and draws from the effects used in manga. For example, when you punch someone, speed lines don't show up. It's the same with TR's motto. Just a pretty backdrop to add some eye candy and show their emotion.

It also explains how enemies attacking the magical girl don't do anything in her long transformation: It's not really happening and is just for show.
