Alright I know journey RP's are kinda over-done, though sadly most die out pretty quickly and I'm really sick of joining journey RP's and not even making it to the first gym. But the truth is I absolutely love them and to this date I've only done one complete one(A Sinnoh RP) and I would love to be able to get through one from start all the way to the league. I'm gonna TRY to do a Kanto RP of my own, though I will need help running it with a Co-GM, mostly to help with the plot stuff. Please only join if you can make a commitment to an RP.
Plot
Rules

4. No tennising(2 people posting one after another for a few pages)
5. Keep romance PG-13
6. You are not limited to just Kanto region Pokemon since Pokemon found in the Johto region can be found in Kanto.
7. Please message me if you want to be the Co-GM. I will need someone to help with the Team Rocket plot and keep the RP alive.
8. If the group is waiting on you and if you don't post within a week, we will move on without you.

Plot
After a few years in training, Giovanni is ready to resurrect his infamous organization: Team Rocket. The group was able to recover after a crucial defeat in Goldenrod City when a trainer managed to thwart the plot using the Goldenrod Radio Tower to send out sound waves that made Pokemon weak, angry, or even evolve. Now with their leader back, Team Rocket is able to focus once again on stealing Pokemon and attempting to conquer the Kanto region.
Some stolen documents from the Pokemon G-Men found by the champion, Lance, suggest that Team Rocket is secretly using microchip technology and implanting these devices in Pokemon in order to brainwash them into blindly attacking anyone or anything, as well as cause all sorts of chaos. Such a device created by the G-Men has the ability to neutralize the effects, though Team Rocket knows of this and is searching for a way to render these devices useless, and this plan will not only help render the devices useless, but it'll also be able to help them conquer the region.
While most of their operations remain underground and hidden until they unleash one of their brainwashed Pokemon to cause chaos(and even do their own bidding) until a city surrenders and pays its respect to the group, Team Rocket occasionally goes around town attempting to steal Pokemon, as well as do other crimes like robbing a bank.
As a starting trainer, you have been caught up in all of this. While you expected to only be traveling the Kanto Region, getting your first Pokemon, catching Pokemon, and fighting in gym battles or contests, you will be employed by Lance himself to help stop Team Rocket when needed He'll also give your group one of the neutralizers in case you get attacked by one of their brainwashed Pokemon. Fortunately for you, Team Rocket isn't always out terrorizing the region so you still have a fair amount of time to catch Pokemon, bond, train them, fight in the gyms or contests, and just have fun while you can.

Appearance: Travis is about 5'3" and he has a fairly slender build. He has a fairly light skin tone and underneath his blue and gray knit hat, he is shown to have brown hair, though his bangs are long enough to be visible. He usually wears over a blue tshirt, a dark dray button up shirt with a blue collar and blue on the bottom of the shirt. He also wears a pair of light brown cargo pants and a pair of white and blue shoes. He is also seen wearing a pair or dark gray fingerless gloves.
Personality: Travis, or TK as his friends like to call him, is a fairly intelligent teenager who is a huge tech geek, even a bit of a hacker. He loves technology and might end up blabbering about technological stuff which might get on others nerves. While he's usually friendly, he was never really a social person, though he knows he'll have to change this if he'll be going out on a journey. He's also easily annoyed and won't hesitate to let others know, though he tries his best to be calm. He seems to have pretty high self confidence, though its quite easy to damage it considering how Travis is fairly sensitive. He is also quite superstitious and afraid of ghost and dark types, as well as heights. Not to mention he isn't very athletic.
History: Travis was born in Sunyshore City, loving the technologically advanced surroundings. He grew to admire the town's gym leader, Volkner, who he often helped with his various projects around town and if he wasn't helping Volkner, he'd be inside playing video games or on his computer. Through Volkner he learned a lot about technology and even learned how to hack with his help. He also grew quite fond of Volkner's Raichu and soon he decided that he wanted a Raichu of his own someday. His parents often thought that he needed to get outside more often and eventually forced him to go out on a journey of his own in the Kanto region, a decision that doesn't seem to bother him cause it'd mean he has a chance to get a Raichu like he's always wanted.
