Got into the Teen Titans cartoon and comics a couple months ago, it's a great series. Any other TT fans here?
 
Yeah although I've never read the comics, just seen the cartoon. It's cool.
 
I've got a bunch of the old "New Teen Titans" and "Titans" comics. Great stuff. Cartoon's great too, I just wish they'd show Kid Flash, Wonder Girl, or Jericho. Or ANY of the Titans they haven't already shown. Jesse Quick, at least.
 
Yeah, Titans is alright as a cartoon. Some hardcore DC fans don't like it much because it's too "kiddie" and "anime" like. I guess they would have liked it in the JLU/Batman style.

They have some clever nods to the comics, too. But, one thing puzzles me. Starfire/Koriand'r in the comics is really different than the one in the show. Wonder why they changed it so drastically.

Grn, I heard Kid Flash might be in the fifth season if they make one.
 
Yeah apparently the Titans will be doing a lot of travelling in the 5th season and it's gonna be sort of like JLU because it'll have a greatly expanded cast.
 
Great, with Kid Flash, we'll have seen 4/5 of the founding members. Now all we need is Wonder Girl/Troia.

Great site, Ledian. It reminds me of a bunch of great characters we haven't seen yet.

I watch the show when it's on, but I'm not one of those "major" fans or anything.

And I adore the animation. Much better than what it could have been, at least in my opinion.
 
People on these forums were saying that they like how the current Starfire is improved so much over the old one.
 
I wonder if they'll reveal Speedy's secret on the show. Or have ANY of Slade/Deathstroke's kids.

So much I want from the show...so little I actually expect to get.

Err, Beast boy looks like somthing straight out of the Brady Bunch Variety Show.
I love the Teen Titans, Be a fan for a while, but i can bet no one will remember that Cyborg was on a few episodes of one of the Superfriend Series/

And the mustard one seems really well known casue a lot of fics I've read has Star drinking mustard. Then again, Starfire has lots of good quotes cause her lack of knowledge about Earth.

You mean the original Super Friends from the late 1960s-early 1970s with Marvin and Wendy? For my money, the best episodes came with Challenge of the Superfriends, which pitted them against the Legion of Doom.

On topic: my kids have gotten me interested in Teen Titans. I love the show.
