Apple.com Trailer

Apple's put up a new comic-related trailer. This time...Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Although this is based on the cartoon (dunno whic one) and NOT the original comic (although there was a recent comic based on the most recent cartoon, but now we're going down a weird angle), it's still TMNT. And, even though it's just a teaser...it's kinda disappointing. Although you see more of what the movie will be like than you do with the Transformers teaser, but...whatever.

CGI?

I thought the new movie was another Live-action?

Anyways, because Apple are whores and Quicktime is their form of herpes, I still can't view any of these trailers. *Waits for Youtube to catch up*

The new movie isn't based off either of the cartoons.

It is supposed to be a sequal from the first film, (Shredder may or may not return) and might feature Karai.

Saw the trailer, looks awesome. Not Pixar quality CGI, but still damn good.

It's based more off the cartoons than off the comics. Both have very different stories and character development. And the original three movies were only made because of the success of the cartoon.

And, from what I've heard here, Shredder won't be the villain. It will, in fact, be a NEW villain who MIGHT be named "Winter". And there will be a few other new characters.

Really? Did you SEE the last one? As a kid I knew it was crap. The first two had something going for them, but that was it.

Oh the third one jumped the shark, totally. But that doesn't mean that I wouldn't want a new one. Live Action Turtles is still the best Turtles evar. Only closely followed by the original cartoon which was great because parts of it were so bad.

Especially if you had to watch the BBC neutered version in the UK. ^^

Looks kinda cool, IMO. I don't care if it's CGI or Live-Action, as long as it's not an animated cartoon. xD

And the humans better look bloody realistic. >>; If they mess up the rest of the people in the film, it could ruin it for me. =\ Dunno why, it just could.
