I'm thinking of a place where new (and old) Members can go to test out the BB code and so on without getting infracted for it. Where people can make random posts there while using code and stuff to learn how to do it. Sorry if I'm not being clear on this.
 
I think this is a bit pointless, as the "Go Advanced" and "Preview" buttons allow you to see what a post will look like with BB Code recognised.
 
You can also test BB code to your heart's content in your User Notes. Just go to your profile, and it's the 5th link below your profile picture.
 
Iteru made a perfect point. Plus the BBC is pretty simple to use with these editors.
