We're going to need to add the "doughnut"'s from each figure to their pages on 'pedia, to show what you can spin on each of them. Taking a photo of those would be impossible, so I'm thinking some sort of graphing software to make pie charts with the percentage chances, then cutting a hole in the middle of that. Any better ideas?

That sounds like the best idea, for a graphical aid at least. The current plan was just to mention the percentages in the body of the article, accompany what affect each move has.

Just the percentages wouldn't be good enough, I think, since the figures occasionally have the same section repeated twice on the doughnut. "Miss" for instance, is a fairly frequent offender there. Usually one "Miss" on one side of the biggest move that figure has, and another on the other side.

I was thinking the same thing. However, you can still use Excel and use a protracter to measure it from left to right to make sure it has 360*

A bit hard to use a protractor when they're such small figures in comparison to the protractors that you usually buy. That'd be quite fiddly. ^^;;

With the appropriate trigonometric functions, you could calculate the angle using nothing more than a straight ruler.

I'm a math geek, and even I think that's tedious considering a protractor could be used instead. I know I've seen tiny ones, maybe three or four inches long, which shouldn't be too bad for the figure bases.

True math geeks know that there may be a longer and more thorough way to calculate something, but if it can be done faster without being less accurate, then it's always better to do it the faster way. Hence why there's so many symbols instead of words.

In any case, I suppose the first order of business is probably for me to get a camera out and take photos of what figures I have myself, isn't it? After that...well, we can start taking more photos once I've bought more boosters, which probably won't happen until I can get a few people to put orders in.
