Seems as if someone's been... oh... borrowing from us again. You know. Just, copy-pasting all the work that all of us have put into making Bulbapedia informative and nice-looking.

Isn't that nice of them, putting our work on their nasty, ad-filled free wiki that no one has to pay for.

And check their About page. Didn't even spell Bulbapedia right. of course, at least they got one thing right...

Especially since, you know, having no style guidelines is totally getting them anywhere...
 
I'll give all my Christmas presents to them if they manage to find a site call Bulbapeadia! LOL!

Kind of ironic when you consider that Wikia has attempted several times to buy us out (including recently offering me practically a blank check), something which we've refused point blank because of their restrictive policies which would see us lose control of the wiki and contents.
 
What? A blank cheque? They think they're very rich? And that is a really dirty trick! Luckily we aren't greedy. I honestly think that they're the suckest wiki ever!

Wikia uses the GFDL, right? Couldn’t we get them for re-licensing work without permission of the copyright holder?
 
I've never even heard of this site before but every article I looked at seems to be copypasta straight from bulbapedia.
 
Nothing has been done yet. Angry emails would be a start, but first, you'd need to get someone to register so they could use the "email user" function. Free wiki my ass...

And yes, their license and ours are incompatible. Not to mention that JEEZ they screwed up the coding.

Anyway. If anyone could be of any assistance with contacting them (their top admins seem to have completely and utterly abandoned the place)... it'd be geud.
 
It's not like it's particularly useful in that format. If they actually set up the side game template, I will be more annoyed.
