Dearest Friends,

I think it is time if you learned more about my past. I would appreciate it if you would please consent to my request and come to Professor Oak’s Lab, at six o’clock sharp on Wednesday, March 11, 2009. I will then lead you to the Pokémon Village complex, hidden away within Rift Valley; after spending the night there we will then proceed to a facility on an island at sea. Please attend it is of the gravest importance.

This little idea has been bugging me for a while now, and I said why not!?! Like the letter says, you’ve been invited to a very prestigious place, which you will find out about later. But as I plan (and hopefully have!) posted this on Friday, March 6, 2009, I am giving people enough time to sign up, to fit this time schedule. Also, I am looking for a co-owner/operator, as I may not be able to be on at all times. You need to be on here at the time in the letter, unless I or the future CO has recieved prior notification.

For the character applications, I am looking for name, age, appearance (clothes, makeup, ect…), Pokémon team, Co-Owner/Operator Application, and History (extensive!). So you should use this template:

RULES​

1) No battles (EXCEPTION: wild Pokémon battles) except when I or CO (Co-Owner/Operator) is there to “narrate” the battle (EXAMPLE: health, hit accuracy, ect…)
2) Time Frames! AKA: Real World=Night, Pokémon World=Night! Also, since I don't want to read the inevitable 100 or so posts, that would happen if I didn’t, there is a time limit, AKA: Sun.-Thurs. 6:00 am- 10:00 pm, & Fri.-Sat. None!
3) I don’t really care too much about the spelling of things, but grammar is a must! No, “We ran to the lake ate a sandwich ran back.” Just No!
4) Whoever ends up being CO is the next definitive thing to me, if I’m not here he/she is head honcho, except for the rules I laid down, not even they can change that!
5) I am willingly to work with people and their time schedules, if say there is a battle tournament and you don’t show up, 5 minutes late is one thing 2 hours is another, you’re out! Unless of course, you notify me or CO beforehand.
6) NO godmoding!
7) I only want about 6 people for this; this will not include myself or my CO.
8) Have fun!

Appearance:8ft with a short flatop of red hair.wearing a beat up hoodie a ragtag pair of jeans and a pair of all black sneakers also in poor condition.keeps a book bag thats rather large and only a few years old.has a sense of whats fair and whats not easy going not to serious but definetly not all that laid back.voice is deep and rich like an oprea singers.loves fun and games and would gladly enjoy a battle and an adventure.skin is pale and almost pure white with only a few freckles. the only friends he has are his pokemon and himself.he would love to go and meet some new people.

History:as a small child his parents were murdered he never found out who did it but it stuck to him like a mosqitoe sticks to your skin.he never forgot the look on his parents faces after they were shot.from then on he realized he didwant to be so mean so evil so cruel as to murder somone and from that day on he was a little ani social but he always tried to make omeon laugh so thats he healed the pain not caused it.Now its 15 years later and he still tries his hardes to make people laugh.He doesnt live in a orpenarium any more now thats he 18 but he still goes to visit and make the kids laugh till one day he got a letter in the mail and it said If you want to find the men thats murdered your parents then respond to the next letter in the mail the letter were indivaly cut from bold prin in the magazines or newspaers from the town of veilstone.the next letter in the mail was one thats invited him to professor oaks palace.he decide he should respond aso he quickly packed his stuff and set out towards prof.oaks palce wondering what would happen when he got there.


Co-Owner/Operator Application:i think i should be you co because i have a fair sense of good and bad i also understand all your rules and completly understand why you put them there im on most days of the week and i keep up wih whats happening in the rp.i also love the fact of the the 3 strikes rule most rps let you off to easy you could god mod a lot and they wont even kick you out.this wa you knw people wont disobey cause you got a punisment system and trust me it will wotk cause no one wants to be kicked out of an rp. what do you say am i you co?

Appearance:

James stands about 5’10’’ and has medium length light brown hair that is somewhat messy. James has ice blue eyes, but these are hidden most of the time by the designer sunglasses that he wears most of the time, even indoors. James has an athletic build, because he enjoys physical activity. James wears a variety of clothing, but he always dresses with style, most of the time wearing a brightly colored polo shirt and faded blue jeans. But he also has a black pinstripe suit and a black tuxedo with him that he will wear to formal events. Depending on the weather, James either wears a pair of white basketball shoes or worn leather sandals. James also wears a silver watch on his right wrist and a red string bracelet on his left.


James has a very polished personality for his young age. He is courteous, charming, and respectful most of the time, as well as having very good control over his emotions. James also has a very sensible view of the world, and will usually think before acting. But James also has a tendency to look down on people if he sees them as inferior to himself. He also tends to be extremely overconfident due to his past successes and the fact that he never has to worry about money for the rest of his life. James is also somewhat impatient, and sometimes leads to James making a mistake by acting impulsively. James is not the most intelligent person in terms of book work, but he is very good at reading and manipulating people, a skill that he picked up from his father.

History:

James was born in Hoenn and grew up in Lilycove City. James is the oldest child in the family. As a result of this, his father has been grooming him since he was young to take over the family company, which is a very successful business that specializes in computer technology. As a result of this, James’s family is very wealthy, and James is very spoiled. When he was eleven, James was sent to an elite academy that transformed him from an annoying spoiled kid into a mature young man. At the age of fourteen, James ran away from home because he had no interest in his father's work. Instead James took his father's credit card and his Pokemon and worked on challenging the Ever Grande Conference, where he lost in the championship match at the age of 16. After seeing his son's skill as a trainer at the Hoenn league, James' father decided to support his son's dream of winning a league tournament, and so James no longer has to worry about money or transportation.

After his near victory in the Hoenn league, where he lost the championship match when both he and his opponent were down to one Pokemon left, James set off for the Kanto region to compete in the league. However just after James gained his eigth Kanto league badge from Cinnabar Island, his mother called him and told him about the mysterious letter telling him to head to Professor Oak's lab. Having a lot of respect for the professor, James was urged by his parents to attend.

James got his first Pokémon at the age of nine, a young Growlithe puppy. This has been a tradition in his family, to start each child out with their own Growlithe, and James is very close to his first Pokémon. Even upon its evolution into Arcanine when James was sixteen, James keeps his Arcanine, which he named Rocky, out of its Poké ball whenever possible.


Co-Owner/Operator Application: I think I could be a good CO because I can usually log on for at least a few minutes every day of the week. Also, I think I can do a good job of enforcing your rules but also following them myself. Also I like the premises you set, so there will be no problems there.

History:
Ben was born in Viridian City, and at age five he... (drumroll please)... went to kindergarten! He has a reputation for being an all-around nice guy, and he went to Sinnoh to start his Pokemon Journey at age 10. (hence all the Sinnoh Pokeymanz). He defeated the Sinnoh Elite four, and was on his way through the Johto League when he received this letter.

Appearance: he wears a black shirt with crimson color wings engraved on it, he wears a blue stuff jecket he normally wears open. He has a straight hair and he wears blue jjeans with chains.

History: Elelry was born in Pallet town he left when he was ten with his Charmander and travelled through Kanto, he won the Kanto Pokemon League and has now returned home.

Sam wears a green T-shirt with blots of ink in certain places. His pants are black jeans that are fading to a gray. They have pockets that are rather deep and tend to have holes in them, which Sam tends to fix. His shoes are a plain black. His hair is short, messy, and brown. He also wears a watch and glasses.

History:
Sam grew up with his parents and older brother. At school, he was usually teased, but his grades came out slightly above average. He didn't spend much time around people, but had a few friends, who he hadn't seen much lately. Sam tended to spend alot of his time studying or writing down ideas. Most of his ideas didn't come out well.

Personality (?):
Sam tends to be nervous about things. He likes to care for his pokemon and talk to them rather than battle with them. He likes reading and drawing, and usually spends most of his time doing that. When he isn't, he tends to listen to other peoples conversations without saying anything. He has a book about Tyrouge and it's evolutions. He wants to help it evolve into what it wants, when it wants.

Co-Owner/Operator Application:
I would like to be Co-owner for the following reasons.
1.) I tend to have good spelling and grammar.
2.) I have been in quite a few RPs before (Including real ones, like DnD) and have some experience with them.
3.) I Have had a few small problems with hurting peoples plot, but have been working hard to stop it (and it's working.)
4.) I can usually be on on times between 6:30 and 7:00(am), 5:00 and 6:00(pm), and 7:00 and 10:00.
5.) I tend not to overpower people (For the most part...)
6.) I completely understand and agree with all of your rules, especially the strike system.

Name: Hector Amaranth

Age: 19

Appearance: Hector is rather tall, standing at about 5'10", and he disciplines himself to have good posture and public appearance. He likes to wear formal clothes, often wearing black slacks, sleek shoes, a button up t-shirt, a blazer and a red tie wherever he goes. However, this well-groomed appearance hides a mysterious man, and Hector has a tattoo of seven dots spread across his back, resembling the pattern on Regigigas' "face". He has dark-brown hair, dark brown eyes, and is almost always smiling. Hector can be a bit of a flirt, but he knows his limits.

History: As a child, Hector spent most of his time in his grandfather's Pokemon lab, learning as much as he could about the vast world of Pokémon and playing with his grandmother's youngets (and eventually last) Pokemon, a young Misdreavus named "Missy". Hector's father was also a Pokemon scientist, but he was forced away from home at least 300 days out of the year, and the only way he could keep in contact with his family was monthly video phone conversations, so he was largely raised by his mother and grandparents.

As he grew up, Hector began to mix himself with the elite of Pokemon science and research, spending as much time as he could with world renowned scientists, who happened to be well acquainted his his family. He went on to write award-winning essays based on his various studies and was offered a scholarship to a prestigious university in Sinnoh, specializing in Pokemon research, though he declined the invitation to study independently with his high-school friends. When his grandfather passed away, not long before his grandmother, Hector was devastated and felt that he must do anything he could to keep his grandfather's name alive. Hector was left almost everything, the research labs, the several millions of dollars in grants, funds, and inheritance. His grandfather even left him all of his Pokémon, though the only one he keeps with him to this day was the Misdreavus, who now had evolved into a Mismagius.

Weeks before he planned to leave for a five year trip to the Sevii Islands, Hector's mother had told him about a strange letter that was sent to his grandfather's house. He rushed back home as quickly as he could, and though he was perplexed by the letter, he called off the expensive excursion to visit Aiedail Professor Oak's lab, someone who he hadn't seen for a very long time, and find out if there was actually still some mystery left in the world.

Co-Owner/Operator Application: Hm... I think I'd make a good CO because I've actually been a moderator/CO-moderator before and I have quite a bit of experience. Wanting to be a writer, I'm pretty good with grammar and spelling, if that counts for anything... Also (even though I don't like to admit it :/ ) I'm on for a few hours at least every day, and I spend most of my time in the RPG section. Also, I'm pretty good at being neutral. Ha ha, there you have it ;D !

Physical Appearance: Aiedail has long brown hair with blonde highlights, standing at about 5’7” and weighing in at about 120 pounds. She is very slender, and is very flexible, which disguises her athletic build. She wears a green tank top with a red stripe running around it, which outlines her slight figure. She also wears bell bottom bluejeans with a white belt and heather flip-flops. She also has a brown jacket in her blue teardrop-shaped backpack at all times.

Personality: Her general personality includes being kind, loyal, and gentle to anyone she befriends, but when challenged or if she sees that her friends are in trouble she will immediately becomes fierce. She is a rather picky eater, which might contribute to her petit figure. Her favorite sport is volleyball, of any kind; she also participates in gymnastics and karate. Her hobbies are swimming for fun, and being a bibliophile.

History: She was born in Pallet Town; just outside of her families’ Pokémon complex, the Pokémon Village. She grew up there as well, being raised around Pokémon, most Pokémon come to her because they sense the aura around her is pure and gentle. She decided to go to the University of Pokémon Kanto branch, to increase her wealth of knowledge, in her quest to better the Pokémon world. However, she came late as she decided learn under her grandparents and parents for a year before coming.

Name: Daniel Ryder

Age: 19

Pokemon Team: Venusaur, Nidorino, Pidgeot, Ninetails, Lapras, Eevee

Physical Appearance: Average height, around 5'7", with shaggy, copper hair and deep purple eyes. A lock of hair is constantly hanging across his face, no matter how many times he pushes it back. He wears dark jeans and shoes, and a white shirt, and is muscular, but wiry. He's rather good-looking, in a cute, rather clumsy sort of way.

Personality: Daniel's main trait is his intelligence, and his goal is to become a Pokemon professor. He sometimes lords this over people, but is in general a decent enough person. He tries to get on with other people, but usually ends up doing or saying something to make them dislike him. He's quite hard on himself, but never really makes any serious attempts to change. However, when you get past that, he is actually rather likable.

History: Daniel was born on Cinnabar Island, and grew up hearing stories about Professor Oak, and idolizing him. He began his journey at 10, but never cared too much about competing in the league, though he earned all 8 badges of Kanto. He's since traveled as an aspiring researcher to Jhoto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh, but has returned to Kanto in time to receive Aiedail's invitation.
