The Battle Center Is Now Open!

evkl and I would like to personally welcome you to the Battle Center. This has been in development for quite some time and we are overjoyed that it has finally come through. Here, competitors of all skill levels can find Wi-Fi battles against others. We want to encourage healthy, friendly competition, and what better way is there than a good Pokemon battle? This will also be the place to check for tournament announcements and updates, so be sure to stop by often.

Along with the Battle Center, a new battling channel for Bulbagarden, #BulbaBattle, has been opened on IRC. It is now available on the IRC Chat dropdown menu. For those who use IRC, it can be accessed on irc.systemnet.info (the same server that #Bulbagarden is on). We have many thought-provoking battle discussions as well as intense battles, so be sure to stop by!

Finally, the Battle Ladder from the Wireless Garden has been moved here.

Thanks for putting it in its own section along with the Trade Center. Now I can hide them both and forget all about them.

Nice that you made the wireless activities a separate section; I found it somewhat odd that the trade forum was in the first section. I personally don't like online battling much, but nice that you support the interests of those who like it too.

Now a question: where did the threads in the old Wireless Garden forum go to?
 
To a place up high in the server where old forums go to die.

If there's anything there you needed, I can pull it out for you.
