How do you like your grilled meats and what kinds?
I, personally, find Argentine food to be a delicately for this very reason-asado rocks!
As for seasonings, I especially like bbq sauce, as well as chimchurri (once again redicting to Argentina).
Meats I ate grilled:
Beef asado
Entrecote
Pork chops
Pork tenderloin on skewers
Chicken breat
Chicken wings
Lamb/mutton chops
Pullet, both as steak and skewers
Frankfurters
(I may have forgotten something, but these are the ones I remember)

Meats I intend to try:
Beef tenderloin
Lamb leg
Shortribs
Spyribs
Chorisos

We mainly only grill burgers, hot dogs, steaks, and chicken. ;3 I like them well done though, fully cooked. I like pork chops too, might try to grill some of those this summer.
 
Come to Israel, summers here are almost endless, we're expecting like 37c/100f on Wednesday and this is considered a springtime heat wave!
