The best places to EV train a certain stat

I'm trying to EV my newly hatched Charmander in speed. It already has a Power Anklet, but I was wondering if anybody knew a good place to EV the Speed stat.

There's a Fisherman with 6 Magikarp near Eterna City. You can also fish for Magikarp almost anywhere using the Old and Good Rods.

And next time, use the Simple Questions thread. I do remember you posted a question there, right?

For speed, you can train at the Mansion (Pikachu and that bird)..
For attack, anywhere you can find Kricketune (night) and Gyrados (fish).
For Sp.Atk, you can train at the Resort Area, there will only be Psyduck and Golduck.
For Def and Sp.Def, you can train at the desert and Iron Island.. (Not sure about this)

Try get yourself Pokerus as well..
