Hey guys, I'm back making threads... *everyone boo's* kay.

Anyway, we all know what a mindfuck is. That thing that makes you thing "Wut? How is that even possible?" or just, "LOLWUT?".

Now, in this thread, I want people to post the biggest, and even smallest, mindfucks they've seen/found in the animé. Because hey? They're funny.

Anyway, am I the only person who is confused at the fact, Gary Oak, ten years old, can drive, and owns, what looks like a high-end sports car? Not only is he too young to drive, but his parents are trusting a ten year old with a sports car? That kinda blew my mind, when I was little I didn't really notice/care but now it's like... wut.

So yeah, post any others you've found.

Also sorry if there are any spelling mistakes I've missed, as I'm at my boyfriends, on his Mum's laptop, and like half the keys have fallen off... xD

Re: Mindf*cks of the Pokémon Animé.

Pikachu.

And the fact that whenever two attacks collide, an explosion happens.

Petal Dance confuses the foe wtf.

Re: Mindf*cks of the Pokémon Animé.

Thunder armor...

That hot-water-bubbles-causing-legendary-birds-to-be-pissed-off crap in the second movie. Good movie, but my brain turned off at that part. It made zero sense to me.

Changed the thread title.

Gary Oak has never driven. His girlfriends have always been the ones to drive him around. The car probably belongs to one of them.

Anyone, the one that stands out the most to me right now is those weird Spider-Man web powers the Rocket-Dan had in that episode where Satoshi fought Kyou ("The Ninja Poké-Showdown!"). And then, later in the episode, Koduck melting said webs with its mind.

-Anything involving Misty's Psyduck. And the Slowpoke/Slowbro episode of the Indigo saga.

-Oh, and the "Gligarman" episode. I don't know why, though.

-Everytime I see James' Grass Pokemon hurt him.

-Any moment involving Jessie's Wobbuffet (especially "Fear Factor Phony!" when it fell in love with the Kirlia)

"Finish it off with False Swipe!"

That's how people loose tournaments...

The fact that a freaking Gastly was completely unstoppable--until the sun rose, of course--way back in 'The Ghost at Maiden's Peak'.

The thing that probably broke my mind the most was "Gotta Dance".

Now, it was the first short I found worth watching, but the entire plot runs on insanity--it essentially boils down to Meowth having a Magical Dancing Rod. Where did *that* come from? It was among the more ludicrous ways they could have made the plot happen.

Also, after the initial "we're dancing wait what" wore off, most of them seemed very happy to be under the rod's control (since they were freaked out at first, this does not seem a power of the rod's)--Meowth and Pikachu would just thrilled to be dancing with their nemesis.

In pokemon scentsation when meowth says the perfume is melting off his nose then he remembers the animators forgot to give him one!?

And it happens all the time.

Both the 4th wall breaking AND Meowth losing/gaining a 'nose' when it's convenient.

Mindfucks, eh? No matter where the gang ends up, whether its Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, or Sinnoh; a chain of islands or the mainland, there'll always be a thick forest with rolling hills in the background to traverse. I swear, the animators must've painted the same damn TREE 1,000 times. They're quite proficient at it.

The gang's path of travel has always mystified me too. In one episode they'll be heading towards a destination on what's supposed to be a mountain road... and then they end up at the ocean? Or paths that make no sense at all with the terrain.

Also, Wobbuffet is a pretty "LOLWUT" Pokemon.

Dude, you so aren't making any sense.
