Hello @Bulbagala Participants!
Thank you all for your patience, It is now time to announce the results of the Gala! Your creativity and boundless ingenuity have shown brightly here at the Gala, and your fellow participants have certainly noticed as well! Here, we would like to award the folks who have gone above and beyond in their contributions to the world of fashion here in Lumiose and abroad. Whose styles go beyond borders and the confines of time itself.
Without further ado, lets reveal the winners!!
WINNER: @shrinkray
shrinkray's imaginative use of color, theme and references won the hearts of the participants! Most notably taking the win in The House of Hygge and A Lexicon of Pokémon categories as well as being the Runner-up in An Anthology of Trainers. Using both Shield and Z-A to coordinate their outfits, they shine bright as the ultimate Fashion Star of the Gala.
RUNNER UP: @Mothmallow
Winning both the In the Gardens of Parfum Palace and Tour de Z-A Royale categories and taking second place in The Jet Set. They even caught the eye of one of our judges for their entry to the A Lexicon of Pokémon category. Mothmallow really cleaned up the competition with their bold and clever styles!!
WINNER: @Mothmallow
Much like a Roserade, Mothmollow's outfit is beautifully designed and exceptionally elegant. Mothmallow shows us what is needed to woo the Court of Parfum Palace.
RUNNER-UP: @Mialentia
Mialentia's outfit is a welcome blast from the past. The shirt and tie combination, matches the vivid red beret perfectly! Her combination of nostalgic and fresh styling will certainly be a hit with the king!!
WINNER: @heavensword
heavensword's comfy, cozy outfit is sure to keep him and Clefairy warm on his travels to Sinnoh! Stay safe don't get stuck in the snow on Route 217!
RUNNER-UP: @Mothmallow
Mothmallow is taking us back to the Sinnoh of the Past with this lovely kimono from Hisui! Just be mindful of any... weird space-time distortions on your way home. You can have this Rowlet just in case.
WINNER: @Mialentia
Wacky and chaotic, Mialentia's outfit reminds us that high fashion can and should be campy, fun and extremely loud. Very Audino.
RUNNER-UP: @DawningWinds
Dawning's outfit feels like an 80's bowling carpet fever dream! Its strong colors and bold patterns remind us of a Togepi's shell. (Hey watch out! It knows Metronome!!)
WINNER: @c la fet
c la fet's outfit, based on the Ace Trainer from Unova, is such a fun throwback to the Gen 5 games! We're glad to see twin drills and Watchog make a real comeback in 2025.~
RUNNER-UP: @shrinkray
shrinkray presents us this lovely deep cut from generation 1 and 2, the Super Nerd!! I'd say Lord Helix agrees that this outfit rocks!!
WINNER: @Mothmallow
Mothmallow sizes up the competition with this excellent fit based on Mega Houndoom! Mauler and them are certainly gonna clean up the competition in the Battle Zone tonight.
RUNNER-UP: @MeanQueen16

RUNNER-UP: @c la fet
c la fet's comfy pastel colored outfit is perfect for running around the roof-tops of Luimose with Swirlix at your side!~
WINNER: @shrinkray
shrinkray's haunting evocation of Darkrai sends chills downs our spines. Reminding us to be careful whenever we take part in the Z-A Royale...
RUNNER-UP: @c la fet
c la fet's excellent send up to the world of Gothic fashion with Gothorita has her muse captures the essence of the aesthetic beautifully!!
Additionally, we on the judging committee would like to honor a few additional participants who's style and presentation really stood out among the crowd:
@da man/man
"da man/man in general had fantastic submissions and even managed to do fun stuff with the otherwise very limited SV clothing selection. Alongside other strong showings like his An Anthology of Trainers, The House of Hygge and A Lexicon of Pokémon submissions, I particularly want to spotlight his one for In the Gardens of Parfum Palace.
His style of Hisuian formal wear had a very subdued yet mythical energy to it, and all the Pokémon he highlighted alongside it complimented it very well in regard to colors and Hissiuian presence and greatly added to its mythical nature. In my opinion it was one of the most underrated submissions compared to its amount of votes, so I'll push it up here as my personal Judges Choice!" ~ @Juliyet
@Mothmallow
"I particularly liked Mothmallow's work quite a lot. The Malamar one for A Lexicon of Pokémon was a highlight for me, and Malamar isn't even one of my favorite Pokémon! ^^" ~ @cybelyrium
@CrinkTheBunny
"i am a really huge fan of crink's meganium entry though... totally not biased as a meganium enjoyer..." ~ @terashards
@bittersweetVICTORY
"Excellent presentation all around! Every entry of theirs felt like reading something out of a fashion magazine. In particular, their submission for A Lexicon of Pokémon is really fun and the rips on the jeans evoking Sharpedo's gills is really clever!! I also adored their entry for The House of Hygge, sharing a cozy drink with Eevee at the cafe in a very subdued and comfy fit." ~ @beasttrash
Thus, this brings the Bulbagala to a close. Badges for participating as well as for our winners, runners-up and Judges Choice Award winners will be available on your profile shortly. The overall winner will be contacted shortly about the shiny Pokémon they would like to receive.
The Gala could not have been a success without you and the following folks who assisted in planning, organizing and hosting the event!!
Thank you all for joining us. We appreciate everyone's steadfast enthusiasm and support! The video game mod team extends our upmost gratitude in making the Gala a reality. Perhaps everyone can join us at the museum another time...
