Celf City isn't a terribly normal city. Situated a hundred miles from Venice, the city is built into the side of the mountains, and covered by sheer mist and fog, concealing its' presence from those who do not know it is there already.
The large Guilds of the City dominate a large part of it, along with their lodgings and supply areas. Residents of the City are chosen carefully from the greatest warriors, sages, travellers and far more besides. These Guilds, designated for various tasks, send out cells of adventurers, to solve troubles of the unique kind only they can solve, across the world.

Personality: Laura is a very sweet and kind girl.She's also pretty shy at times.She can also be very helpful with her knowledge.She doesn't get mad quickly,for she is a cool person and she always stays that way.She never panics in time of trouble.

History: Laura was born in a wealthy family as the twin sister of Lisa Blake.She had a some opposite attitudes compared to Lisa.When she was 7,she got separated from her twin because of a tragedy.They just got united again at Princess Juliet's palace at their 12th birthday,which was also the Princess' birthday.

Personality: Unlike Laura, Lisa is a confident person.She isn't shy like Laura.She can also get pretty angry quickly,but can also cool down as quick as how fast she got angry at the first place.

Personality: Princess Juliet is a very kind-hearted princess.She's always helping other people in the time of need.She's also an optimistic person.She doesn't panic in times of trouble.
Appearance:

Abilities: has the element of light within her.Plus,she's a fairy.So,she has powers of,well,a fairy =3=
Weaponry: has a wand and a glass "light cage" and "fairy cage"
History: Princess Juliet is the princess of a faraway land.She's always been respected.She had everything she wanted,except two thing: adventure and excitement in her life and friends.She didn't had true friends,for she was in a royal family and no one dared to speak to her besides other royal-blooded people.When she found Laura and Lisa,she united them and from then,they were Juliet's best friends.

 

[Heroic Sociopath]

Name: Edgar Night
Age: 16
Personality: Despite looking somewhat like a stereotypical punk, Ed is actually a very calm person most of the time. He rarely gets angry, usually only going up to mild irritation, which he expresses through sarcastic remarks. He's usually not overtly nice, but can be genuinely sweet when he wants to be. While he hates to admit it, he enjoys fighting.
Appearance: Ed grew up wanting to be an assassin, and so he worked out sem-regularly. He's not extremely muscular, but he is a little above average. He would be stronger, but he spends much of his time inside watching anime and reading manga, which makes his skin very pale. His black hair almost reaches his shoulders, and he has green eyes.
Clothing: Edgar is almost never seen without a black leather jacket with stylized blue flames on it. He thinks it looks extremely badass. It would, were it not for his habit of wearing it open over the t-shirts bearing the likes of Sailor Moon and Hamtaro. To complete his punkish ensemble, he wears distressed grey jeans and combat boots.
Abilities: Edgar's mother saved him from a Nurikabe, a Japanese wall spirit, and forced it to bless him if it didn't want her to beat it up again. Ever since, members of his family have been blessed with the ability to summon force fields.
Weaponry: He doesn't use weapons. Instead, he prefers coating his feet in a force field and kicking, using his arms mostly for blocking and to flip around.
History: When Edgar was a child, his parents were very poor, and thus had to move into a haunted house. One night, a Nurikabe emerged from the wall and attempted to devour him. Luckily, his mother was nearby, and she kicked it into submission. She then forced it to give Ed some of it's power over walls. Ed grew up using his power to fight monsters, and decided that he wanted to join a guild to use them.


Name: Evil Noise
Age: 107
Personality: Evil Noise is an animated radio, and thus is very unemotional. It has no concept of human morals or emotion. It's only real desire is to serve it's owner, who is Ed, and to consume electricity.
Appearance: Evil Noise is a Tsukumogami, or animated object. Specifically, a radio, that, after 100 years of service to Ed's grandfather, came to life the day after he died. It takes the form of a man with completely black skin and an emaciated body, with a pair of tighty-whities covering it's nether regions. Instead of a head, however, is an old fashioned wooden radio. Further setting apart from humans is the fact that it's limbs are longer in proportion to it's body than a human's should be. Also, instead of hands, it has huge plugs-The kind that are at the end of power cords and you stick into walls.
Abilities: Evil Noise's name is apt: It can broadcast a noise. Beings that hear this noise feel intense rage that makes them kill anything they see while listening to it. It can also fire bolts of lightning from it's hands. The prongs on the ends of the plugs are also quite sharp.
Weaponry: None
History: Evil Noise was an old radio Ed's grandfather owned. When he died, Evil Noise decided Ed was his new owner, and went to live with him.


Name: Eliot Nadel
Age: Chronologically 3000 years old, physically and mentally 14
Personality: Eliot was raised to be a gentleman. He is very polite and well mannered, and will always serve others before himself. He's the kind of person who would give anyone the shirt off their back, and their pants, shoes, socks, heart-shaped sunglasses, and tie as well. He is also constantly awed by the feminine form, often rhapsodizing on the beauty of women he meets, and hitting on most females and pretty men. However, he will never disrespect a woman, and is very chivalrous.
Appearance:
Abilities: Eliot is a Nekomata, and so can summon other cats using smiley faces he draws, either on the palms of his hands or the ground.
Weaponry: Eliot wields an electric guitar. He cannot play it, but he can channel his cat magic through it. If it hits something, it's gonna leave quite the mark.
History: History: Eliot saw a lot of his father's back, as his father was a serious cat working on serious cat business. His father often left him with a singing cat sitter that was very strict, and taught him to be a gentleman. Whenever he stepped out of line, she would scream in his ears and sing annoying songs he hated about drinking sugar in addition to medicine. He tried becoming a human so his father would be proud, but he only turned into a Nekomata. So he decided to join a guild to win his dad's favor.
