I figured it would be cool to start up a thread where people can share ideas for challenges. I do have some rules:
1) Ensure that the challenge idea you have wasn't already posted.
2) The Challenge shouldn't be a challenge that is specific (Fire Monotype Run in Kanto). Way too specific. Must be a more general challenge that can apply to multiple games.
3) If you want to use this to advertise your challenge run, that's fine as long as you drop a link to the thread/blog.

Ok, here is my first idea. It's the one I just completed:

No Dual Types Allowed
1) You can only use Pokémon that have one type.
2) You can only have one of each type (you can have whatever you want, just can't have two fighting types on the team at the same time). I didn't use this because it was not relevant for my run due to the fact that not every type had at least 1 non-dual type Pokémon.

Yeah, I know, so many rules. It's the type of challenge that does not require many. Sure, I did have some extra when I did this in Let's Go, but that's all they were: Extra Rules to make my run more interesting.

Now, go ahead and add challenges. This way, we can have a bit of a challenge library.

2) Make sure that the challenge can be applied to every/most Pokémon game.

@Greninjaman,
I would also say that the challenge run threads can be posted onto the thread so people can support the creator of the challenge (the runner).

I think it would be better if this is mainly an ideas thread, but I suppose we could also use this to advertise one's challenge thread.

That would be best so that people do not have to go find the Playthroughs of creators they like.
Added a "rule": 3) If you want to use this to advertise your challenge run, that's fine as long as you drop a link to the thread/blog so that people can find it more easily.
