I've seen far too many people not follow the proper way to crate a RMT thread so I'm gonna make this thread and hopefully the staff will approve, also I hope you people will stop posting incomplete RMTs because this is the RATE My Team section not Build My Team.

Anyways what is the point of this thread? It's for you to post and ask other members which Pokemon could complete your team. I'm going to post an example but since a lot of you do this anyways I doubt I have to.

Example:
Hi I'm building a Sandstorm team in OU. I have Tyranitar as a lead, Vaporeon as a special wall and to take the water attacks, I have Heatran as a Special Sweeper, Skarm as a Physical wall and pHazer...I was wondering if you could give me 2 Pokemon that might fit well with this team and could help me with my strategy of blah blah blah stalling or something.

So someone could be like oh get Hippowdon with this set:
http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/hippowdon#Physical_Wall
and Gliscor with this set: http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/gliscor#Dancing_Tank

Then you can go on and post a RMT thread with a full complete team and not have your thread closed because you couldn't follow the rules or you're unable to somehow read Smogon.

-_- I hope this works.

Focus Sash - Item
Change Mach Punch to Fakeout.
I've thought about using mach punch instead of fakeout when I made an IV'ed infernape, but forgot the egg move Fake out, but after thinking about it, it just isn't the same.

You might want to change Snorlax's item into something that is not based on random chance, but if you feel that it saves you, keep it. Otherwise, you can probably change snorlax's Defense EVs to Special Defense and use it as a special defense (switch it into special defense pokemon) and force switches (stealth rock) on things like starmie/zapdos while using leftovers to tank damage. But then, you wouldn't tank attack-based pokemon with it.

I don't think Rotom appliances work on Wifi, so unless you're playing on a battle simulator, you can't use the appliances on Wifi.

k, thanx thoose were good points

I'd love to run a sand-storm team:

Lead
Tyranitar@(item suggestion)
(don't know much about ev.)
Impish nature
Crunch
EarthQuake
Dark Pulse
Stone Edge

Special Sweeper
Magnezone@Choice Scarf
Calm
Magnet Rise
Zap Cannon
Lock-On
Thunderbolt

I know choice scarf has no meaning with the lock-on zap cannon strategy.Plz suggest new move

Physical Wall
Skarmory@Sharp Beak
Jolly
Slash
Fly
Night Slash
Steel Wing

...and then?
I'm raising a Beldum and a Marshtomp. Will they work well in the team?

Tyranitar @ chesto berry
adamant
252 HP / 32 Atk / 224 SpD
~ Stone Edge
~ Payback
~ Rest / Earthquake
~ Stealth Rock

sets up rocks and can serve well as a lead, other wise hippodon can also set up sandstorm

magnezone @ choice scarf
naive
4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
~ Thunderbolt
~ Hidden Power Fire / Hidden Power Ice
~ Flash Cannon
~ Explosion

you cant set up with a scarf

skarmory @ shedshell/leftovers
impish
252 HP / 64 Atk / 176 Def / 16 Spe
~ Brave Bird
~ Roost
~ Spikes
~ Whirlwind

sets up spikes, act as a phazer, and can stall. just an fyi, walls should be defensive, with defensive items and a defensive nature, else they should be replaced with bulky attackers.

metagross and swampert do fit on sandstorm teams, though even a sandstorm team should be so reliant on sanstorm types, since they share similar weaknesses, so you should add something like vaporeon with leftovers so you dont lose to any water type.

Tyranitar @ chesto berry
[...]
Rest / Earthquake

With the chesto berry, rest it a one-time recovery,i think i'll keep earthquake,so what about an item with earthquake?
magnezone
naiveCalm nature gives me a sp. def boost, why shoul i go for a speed boost if i already have the chocie scarf?
Explosion I've already used the explosion tm,another viable move?
skarmory @ shedshell/leftovers
impish
252 HP / 64 Atk / 176 Def / 16 Spe

This is a great idea ,thanks!
so you should add something like vaporeon with leftovers so you dont lose to any water type. How about a Cacturne?Like tha vaporeon idea, however.
The pokémons i lose to right now are fighting, fire and water.
Maybe Cacturne isn't such a great idea.
What other team-roles do I have to cover?

You want a special defense boost on your Magnezone...why?

The Scarf increases it's speed, but it still can't outrun certain threats without a speed boosting nature, especially considering it's horrible base 60 speed stat. Go for Naive. Use Calm on a Special Tank/Wall. Not on Magnezone

One question does this thread work for In game teams also or should I use the other thread? If the latter's the case then don't open the spoilers.

Hey guys currently I'm doing a Ruby walkthrough with only Normal type pokemons. This is also the first time I've played Ruby. So far it hasn't been too hard minus for Wattson but I'm worried about E4 since I get a hard time beating Ghost and Steel Types. I wonder what pokemons in game I could use, or catch to make things easier.

My team currently is:

Exploud level 40 @ Soothe Bell with Mild Nature

Stomp
Pound
Hyper Beam
Supersonic

Zangoone Level 39 @ Quick Claw Docile Nature

Swords Dance
Quick Attack
Crush Claw
Slash

Pidgeotto level 32 @ Amulet Coin Bashful Nature

Wing Attack
Quick Attack
Gust
Fly

Linoone Level 37 Bold Nature

Headbutt
Surf
Fury Swipes
Dig

Slathking Level 37 @ Macho Brace Jolly Nature

Slack Off
Endure
Slash
Counter

Swellow level 35 @ Silk Scarf Naive

Endeavour
Steel Wing
Quick Attack
Aerial Ace

In my PC i have a Castform, a Kecleon and a Swablu (which I can't evolve) and a Delcatty. What could I do to round my team against Steel Types and be able to easily hit Ghost Types?

Exploud can learn Flamethrower/Fire Blast and earthquake. Solves almost all your problems. The steel types who wont be weak to fire will be to ground and vice versa. And an Ursaring can learn earthquake and faint attack (at Lv25). the base power is 60 but it never misses and Ursaring's base stat attack is 130.

Faint Attack was still a Special move in Gen III. Try Rock Slide, perhaps?

I know. Maybe you didn't read this carefully:

Ruby is a Gen III game and Faint Attack was a Special move back then.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh. Sorry. I was looking for a Gen III title, guess I missed that.

By the way, I need Pokemon to complete my team. But first I need to ask, has anyone won over 100 battles at the Battle Tower?

ok guys i am in need of some help with my team most likely i need someone to help me with a special sweeper here thanks also need some comments on what i got so far thanks in advance

Gallade - Anti lead
56 HP 252 Atk 200 Spe - Focus sash Adamant
Close Combat / Shadow Sneak / Taunt / Destiny Bond

i was really impresed when ive see a variant of this gallade that could cripple almost any lead that ive saw in fact my aerodactyl was no more than doomed so ive made my own version PS his movepool is just awesome

Breelom - Swords dance sweeper
48 HP 252 Atk 208 Spe - Toxic orb Adamant
Swords Dance / Mach Punch / Stone Edge / Spore

from what ive seen so far breelom is just a great sweeper it helped me quite a lot in this tournament but hes just slow so he could be easily defeated by something more faster than him and that could hold his punches so ive decided to modify him to be like this

Rotom - H - Staller
252 HP 120 Def 136 SpD - leftovers Bold
Rest / Sleep talk / Discharge / Will o whisp

now dusknoir was a really good staller but he just had 1 one problem his way of getting hp it was just awfull yeah he could be a spin blocker but in here i think this rotom - h is just better also it has a good electric stab that paralyses most of the time and that means breeloom will have a good suport cuz most flying types hitted me hard

Swampert - stealth roker disruptive
252 HP 4 Atk 252 Def - Leftovers Relaxed
Stealth Rock / Earthquake / Ice Beam / Roar

my stealth roker lead aerodactyl was good but ive ended up not using it too much cuz he died a lot of course its a suicide lead and ive seen that sometimes you needed to use stealth rock more than once and the dusknoir as ive said before died most of the time also hes a good disrupter using roar and so

Tytanitar - pursuiter and awesome sweeper
160 HP 252 Atk 96 Spe - Choice band Adamant
Stone Edge / Crunch / Pursuit / Earthquake

now again tyranitar is back ive really like this guy his attack is incredible an hes a good asset to this team by giving swampert rotom h and breeloom a good support and his sandstorm mostly does nothing to my pokes

how about latias? or maybe salamence. Heatran? I would say heatran is the best with pokeon on your team resistin his weaknesses
