Gold, Silver and Crystal. In my opinion, their the easiest pokemon games in the main series. The E4 are under-leveled, and the gym leaders are so weak, you would probaly defeat them in less than 10 turns with some well-trained pokemon. Oh, and how can we forget the Victory Road of Johto? No trainers, no puzzles. VERY SHORT. Hardly any experience to be gained, unlike the other Victory Roads. The only trainer battle is against your rival, and he's a pushover.

And the starters aren't very good, as they don't gain a second type, unlike all the others (excluding Blastoise and Sceptile).

So, will HeartGold and SoulSilver, also be this easy? Who knows.

The Johto E4 were underleveled for a very good reason; you had the whole of Kanto to beat after.

IDK really... I'd otherwise say XD, since it was most of the time easy; however, I had big problems when I got to the Citadark Isle and was about to get the birds; the battles were so hard, I had to go grinding.

Gold may be the best choice; low-level E4 AND after you got to Kanto, the Gym Leaders were too easy.

I always thought that Gold was the easiest, until you got into Kanto.

Yeah, GSC was easy, at least pre-Red. He wasn't much either, but still.

Pokémon Ranch & Pokémon Box!

Compared to those games GSC is nintendo hard!

Pokemon Pinball, Gameboy Color. There was no skill involved whatsoever XD. As far as the actual series go, I agree about the Gold and Silver idea, even though they are and always will be my favorites.

Really, I thought Ruby and Sapphire games were the easiest. Sure in Gold and Silver the E4 is under leveled, but in R/S you caught amazing pokemon right away. You could get Ralts, Slakoth, and (as always) Magikarp all really early in the game. Not to mention it has arguably the best starters (Swampert has the highest base stat total of all starters, Sceptile is crazy fast, Leaf Blade is a special attack in that game, and Blaziken is a more powerful but slower Infernape). Plus you caught Linoone, who not only was a great HM pokemon but he had Pick-Up. When I talk about burning through a pokemon game these are the ones I burn through the fastest.

Touché.

Pokemon Snap. All you do is take pictures of pokemon. Although you have to fulfill certain requirements to get other pokemon, generally this game is very, very basic and simplistic. To get through all of the levels and see Mew, it will probably take you an hour or two to beat this game.

Only counting the main series, GSC was the easiest by far. After Whitney, Morty and Jasmine, I don't think I ever lost a single battle in that game. On my last play through of Crystal, I beat the E4 with nothing but a Scyther. The kanto leaders relly aren't that hard either.

Main games, it would probably be Gold and Silver.
Most of the pokemon in that game are underleveled compared to the pokemon belonging to trainers in the other three generations. At best, the Elite Four's pokemon are at LV 50 which is nothing.
The gyms are also fairly basic (especially the Kanto gyms which typically have lower levels than the Elite Four, except for Blue; Sabrina and Blaine are typically at Lance's level but with less pokemon).

Red and blue, for some reason yellow was harder.
If you don't count the missingno. Glitch. (Having over lv.100 pokemon and many items and money)just fighting most of the traners makes it way to easy for 1 pokemon to sweep the whole game... you can do it on the others to, but with then you gotta have some skill and a lil strategy... plus you get lv.31 dugtrio before the 3rd gym. And you get 2 snorlax's who are good strong pokemon before or after your 4th badge. If you have blastoise most of the gyms are easy, if you have charizard, he's strong, if you have venusaur (im sorry)...
You can still get through easy.

Btw, victory road in gsc is the same as rby but worn down... so you don't have to push bolders arround. Its really easy, not to mention if you played rby before.
But ne ways, with all the glitches, its way to easy to get almost ne thing you want, all the safari pokemon you want on cinibar coast of 500 poke. Unlimited masterballs, rare candies, vitamins, max revives, full restore, nuggets (money), fossils, whatever you want... bikes if your dumb enough... but I think I proved my point before I went on about the glitches

Easiest Pokémon game ever... hm. I think that would have to be Hey You Pikachu!

LOL

Hell no, the damn mike dosnt understand ne thing. Magnimite pick up... pick up... PICK UP... PICK UP YOU ASS HOLE LISTEN TO ME!!!!!!!! (Game goes out the window...)sorry pikachu...
